I originally contacted Billy for a kitchen tap replacement, however given the professionalism in which the job was carried out in, I asked Billy back for a quote for a complete bathroom refurbishment. I gave the job to Billy because of his professional approach and suggestions of what would improve the layout. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard (the man is a perfectionist). I have now used Billy several times since he fitted the bathroom and every time the standard of work is faultless. I can’t recommend Billy high enough, we all know how hard it is to get a good, reliable tradesman and Billy is both.

Quick, friendly response. I contacted Vasilakis during the cold snap in March and although he was clearly very busy, he was able to attend to our leaky living room radiator first thing the next day. The rad needed to be replaced and he sourced a new radiator immediately and fitted it, taking the old one away for disposal. Very happy with the service!

Excellent service previously replacing a kitchen tap, then I contacted him because the toilet flush wasn’t working properly. He came and fixed it in two minutes, didn’t even charge me! Thank you.

Great service. Came on the day I put in my request and did a brilliant job. Even went and got the replacement part we needed. Extremely friendly and explained everything that was being done. We thought it was really good value compared to other plumbers used before. Highly recommended.

Billy has impressed me with his knowledge, reliability and professionalism . He truly enjoys his job .He came one day after I contacted him to assess the job and gave me details of suitable taps to buy and returned the same afternoon to install them .The job took twice as long as anticipated because of blocked UBends but Billy stayed until early evening to ensure the job was satisfactorily completed and didn’t request extra payment .He will be returning soon to replace a leaking radiator and I have already recommended him to friends .

We had 4 jobs that needed doing and Vasilakis helped us out with all of them in a professional and effective manner. When he initially came round to investigate the issues he was very knowledgable and came up with clear solutions. He then came back and completed the work quickly and to a good standard. We had a leak from our old shower. Billy visited quickly, spent time diagnosing the problem and booked as in for a shower repair and replacement. He carried out all the work in a professional manner for the price he quoted which was reasonable. Billy is very conscientious, trustworthy and reliable. He finishes jobs and leaves everything in a good state and will come back quickly if there is any problem. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Alastair - Moseley
