The ladies that work at the front desk are absolutely rude and their attitude towards patients is disgusting! They are so uptight! How frustrated we feel as the public trying to get an appointment waiting over an hour on the phone just to be told ring back tomorrow or next week! Doctors, midwives and nurses are great apart from the reception staff who are appauling!

I have always had a pleasant experience with this GP practice. All the procedures and consultations I've had with nurses and doctors have been all throughout thoughtful and supportive. Every concern I had has been addressed and taken seriously.My GP Dr. Graham is genuinely one of the nicest doctors I have ever had. She takes great care to explain everything and communicates to me as her equal in a respectful and warm manner.

Made an appt yesterday for today, took time off work to attend and was told there was no record of my appt. Older women with short blonde hair at the front desk was extremely rude. I was not confrontational at all, and she was snotty and unhelpful. You’re supposed to help people when they’re unwell, not be mean and sarcastic. Luckily Pete in the pharmacy next door was amazing and sorted me out. Whoever that woman is, she needs some training.

Dr Warren was very good. Very quick clear diagnosis. Thank you. Was a bit nervous seeing another GP as I normally see Dr Edge who is absolutely fanastic but very pleased with Dr Warren Receptionist excellent very professionalImportant to give feedback as everyone in health are under pressure I am thankful I am registered with the practice and have been for over 25 years

Despite having my mobile number and email address, they did not let me know they were dropping me from their systems, meaning I am now unable to get my repeat prescription as I have to wait for my application at a new service to be processed. The GPs are lovely, but the patient infrastructure behind the service is outdated and unsupportive.

Horfield Health Centre is an extremely busy teaching health Centre. Sometimes there's a wait depending on the time of day. I think they do a good job with the resources they have.It's really handy that they gave a pharmacy next door.There is a lift or stairs for access to upper level.

It has always been a terrible reception service. It has always been around 45 mins to get someone answer the phone call and then been asked to call back later to see if they have any appointment slots. Sometimes the booking was confirmed through a text message, sometimes it wasn't and you have to call them back to confirm. And sometimes they messed up with the time. I literally lost my patience with their service.

Call back in two weeks after an appointment to follow up I was told. Been two weeks call up and I’m told you can’t speak to anyone for another week. So this important follow up is now prolonged for another week. receptionist just assume and don’t actually listen. And the pharmacy what a mess that is
