Very disappointing. Visited on a Saturday around noon - so going into the busy lunchtime period. They were poorly stocked; there were no vegan sausage rolls, I only 2 ordinary sausage rolls and none nearly ready. I asked for a latte & when I got back to the car I'd been given a hot chocolate!There appeared to be one girl doing everything in her own so there was a bit of a queue, which grew & grew. Then a man appeared with stuff to put in the oven ( a bit late!) and then another girl appeared who went off for a break!We usually love Greggs but this was hugely disappointing.

AVOID!! Stone cold food. Not some of it. All of it!! We really enjoyed a stone cold pie, sausage roll and bacon & cheese and turnover. No ketchup, although 2 big bottles sitting on the counter. But not allowed to give to customers!

Very disappointed. Thought this would be a place you could sit down and eat. However, it is a tiny back room in the Esso garage shop. All the food is cold, and you have to pay 80p for the privilege of them putting the food in the microwave, making it soggy. Not impressed. Go to the cafe a third of a mile down the road instead.
