I have a flat in High Wycombe which was managed by Romans since they took over from Leaders.I’ve had a number of maintenance issues which Romans quoted ridiculous prices to put right.The flat above was managed by Eden Lettings who had solved problems for me previously which Roman’s should have sorted on my behalf.Most recently I needed a bath replaced & had to ask Eden Lettings to get me a realistic quote. Nisar sorted everything within a week for a much better price & the tenants contacted me to praise the contractors for the work they’d done!!!I’m no longer with Romans & am very pleased with the first class service from Eden Lettings. It’s very rare these days to get such exceptional service!

Excellent customer service. I have a number of properties with Eden Lettings on there fully managed lettings plan. I never have to worry about anything as they handle any problems with tenants and I always have the rent in my account on time every month. I have used them for over 6 years and would definitely recommend their services.

Had a bad experience with them as none of their agents helped solving deposit return issues. I was never able to get my deposit back and they stopped replying.

Extremely helpful, responsive and understanding. Helped me a lot with two moves and the properties have always been great. Would give 0 stars if possible. Staff are rude, did not offer any help at all. Deposit was taken for replacement and removal of certain items which I believe are still NOT replaced to this day. Claimed they would “reply within 2 weeks and then communication ceased when asked for a copy of the invoice for the works carried out. Fraudulent and scummy business. They only care about money, do NOT trust these sly people and please find accomodation elsewhere ☺️ (previous tenant)

There are so many letting agents at High Wycombe. I dealt with few and I have no hesitation to recommend Eden Letting Agents to anyone who needs to rent a property and they are the best in the business. Very professional and you won't be disappointed with their service. Moreover your deposit is safe and returned immediately in full when your tenancy terminated.

We are a family from Ukraine, we turned to the Eden Sales & Lettings agency to rent an apartment. We applied to different agencies and unfortunately had a bad experience. As soon as we phoned the agent, they showed us the apartment on the same day. The agent did a great job, Nisar was very attentive and helped to resolve all issues.
