Typical dirty Yates. Service was slow although quiet. Waited 30 minutes for food. Average standard of food too. We ordered a southern fried chicken wrap and a bbq chicken sub.

Unfortunately only 2 front of house staff were in today, however they worked very heard to accommodate all customers who came through the doors. My meal wasn't available, and the staff apologised profusely for this. I witnessed the staff be treated extremely rudely by a couple of customers for a lack of food options due not having what's needed for some items and the wait that it'd be for the food to get to us. I would like to commend the staff today for not once acting unprofessional during all of this. The only reason I reviewed the atmosphere lower than the food and service is because of group of men who just didn't understand the concept of volume control. Thank you, and the staff for a lovely meal today.

Disappointed the food was bad , I had soup which came with a limp piece of bread the bowl wasn't even half full . My friend had the breakfast again disappointing the toast was stale looked like the previous days warmed up, portions small . All in all not good value. Would not return.

Bar staff amazing couldn't do enough, there was a sign on bar for steak and chips £3 each, ordered expecting just that, it came out as pictured and perfectly cooked, well done guys also if you go try Lillie's pineapple cider you won't be disappointed

Had one drink here whilst on a short break.Didn't eat.The toilets were disgusting. There was a smell of sewage and 5 toilets were out of order. Only one toilet had toilet paper. The sinks were dirty , the floors dirty a very poor experience. Glad I didn't eat hereDrinks overpriced

Called in here late in the day , just for coffee , not very busy, good job because not many staff around , the bar was deserted waited a few minutes to get served. The coffee was of a good standard but had to ask for demerara sugar. Plenty of screens to watch that evenings sport. Will call in again.

Well what can I say, we booked a table for 5pm on Friday 10th November for 9 people. 3 staff and 6 adults with learning disabilities. When booking we were told that it would be busy, due to the Weston Carnival, we knew this as we were attending this event, hence why we booked somewhere to eat. On entering it was busy and there were 3 members of staff behind the bar, we were shown to our table, looked through the menu and went to the bar to order food and drinks, this being now 5 10. We were told there was a 45 minute wait on food, which was understandable due to the it being so busy. We waited and food seem to go out, but literally in 1 or 2 plates at a time to other tables. Our 1st meal was delivered to our table at 6.15 and then it was 1 or 2 plates every 10 minutes. Our last meal was delivered to our table at 7.05, we spoke to the manager a couple of times and were just fobbed off with we're busy, as it the carnival. Maybe more staff in the kitchen would have helped. (We even thought about going and cooking our own meals, would have been quicker). The carnival is a well publicised event. Will i be returning NO

Service can be quite slow but the staff are very polite and apologetic about it. I don't really blame them, I think they are short staffed. Prices are pretty good, cheap but not super cheap. Food is cooked properly, tastes pretty good to me. The only problem I can really tell is the toilets, they are quite unclean and there isn't a wheelchair accessible toilet

Was over whelmed with the quality of customer service, The staff went above and beyond and we're very helpful and polite and made the manic day of taking the kids to the beach a breeze. The manager Matt" I belive was amazing. Only poped in for a drink and ended up staying for food after ten minutes

Went there for the rugby group of Welsh girls was lovely to see so many red jerseys the staff were brilliant special shout out to the trainee manager that was working he really was mucking in and clearing tables collecting glasses the food was lovely we all enjoyed what we had and the prices were really good too defo be back next time when we're in weston
