Excellent service james has been very helpful with Excellent communication skills a real people person also pay days spot on and accurate actually cannot fault my experience so far after 16 weeks on my contract.

There wasn’t a no star review so 1 will have to do never have I EVER had to do what I am doing as of next week I have been waiting well over a month for all money owed to me and even my P45 sent to me been told 4 times by people at this agency that I would be paid on a certain day and surprise surprise I never received a penny today I was told that my payment was released to then be sent to me by the end of the day and we’ll I’m sat here now at 23:04 pm with still no payment so yes Monday morning I will be contacting a legal team to collect my payment for me because clearly I’m getting knowhere I think it’s horrendous that an employee has to get a collection agency to gather money they are owed so unprofessional all messages I’ve sent on WhatsApp were read and ignored no reply whatsoever I call and get ignored sent to voicemail and I know for a fact that they are at the phone or someone is available to answer they have my number saved and just don’t want to answer to me it’s absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely horrible agency they underpaid me without my knowledge for nearly 400 hours and it's been nearly a month and they still havnt rectified it or even paid me my holiday that I've accrued I have never worked for an agency like this in all my life please stay far away from this agency at all costs.

They are a great company and I'm really greatful for what they have done for me as I was only out of work for 2 days then the agency find me a job

My experience with rapid staffing has been excellent. No pressure working with them. Always ready to respond to any issues. It has been great!

Dan has been nothing short of excellent . In every aspect . Got me a job within a few hours of reaching out, to being there if and when needed and also has worked excellent alongside my current workplace for pay and holidays :)
