I will be honest, not had a problem at all when dealing with Ironmongery World.I was looking to replace the 17 handles on my wardrobes as some had developed faults after 15 years of use. After much searching, I came across this company, and they had in stock a large retro ring pull handle antique brass. I ordered one which was delivered the very next day by DX. The item was a perfect match, so I ordered 16 more. These were also delivered the very next day.All in all, based on my own experience, I would highly recommend this company.

Baffling experience here. Ordered two items for delivery within 1-2 days which didn't arrive in that timeframe, was told they should" arrive the following week

Poor. Didn't deliver within time frames but l waited a week.Chased after a week. Calls went unanswered then got through went on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. The person who took my call sounded completely disinterested. She then looked into in to discover they didn't even hold in stock the product I ordered. I wonder when they were going to bother telling me If I hadn't complained??Avoid this company. Really poor customer service and failure to do what they say. Lets see how quickly they refund me....

Bought shelf brackets. An amazing number and variety of items available- you’ll find what you need here. I’ve always found the staff go out of their way to help you and are very approachable and friendly. Excellent customer service staff was very polite and would recommend there services.

We are EXTREMELY happy !!! Our daughter happened to visit when my husband was installing the coat rail. She is thrilled too! This addition to our entryway is soooo lovely and a showpiece, and we cannot thank Ironmongery World enough!! LOVE IT!!

I am currently restoring a number of listed grade 2 buildings and started to use this company -Orders were sent missing items with a standard reply of within 2 weeks - 6weeks later still not received some of the goods -now claiming they have sent them quoting a parcel delivery number - yet still replied to emails after this saying within two weeks. Check out other reviews and you will see similar experiences. I was planning to spend a considerable amount of money with this company but my advice is avoid .

I have used them several times for small joinery items and shelf brackets. I have been very happy with the products. I recently had an issue where I ordered the wrong item (my fault) and they refunded/replaced free of charge. Will use again.

I ordered a pair of hinges to replace a broken one . Excellent product. Found it to be exactly the same size as the broken one so no need for any further action.

Fantastic selection of coat hooks. Took me ages to choose the ones" for a coat rack I made.Great price and very sturdy. Antique coloured hooks look great on a waxed piece of live edge oak. Would definitely purchase from here again."
