Formula One Autocentres - Rayleigh

Booked for 12 on Friday the 1st of September at the Eastwood branch essex for 4 tyres. Finally got my car back at 15.00 and had to wait in the waiting room and wasn’t offered any refreshments or reasons why it took so long, I’m also disabled and it was too far for me to walk home. Totally unacceptable . Definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone

Attended with a rear end rattle. Staff quickly identified broken rear spring. Renewed same day reasonably priced and without request reduced that price when notified of cheaper quote elsewhere even though job already finished. Polite, efficient and good price. Used before and will recommend and use again. Thank you.

The member of staff appeared as though he couldn’t be bothered. I booked this online for an AM appointment when I arrived was rudely told nothing until 1.30pm. I came back at the correct time and same guy was still moody and full of apathy. Would never use you again and will certainly tell friends of my experience. I was going to book my van and 2 other cars in for AC recharge as well, but definitely not now.

Honestly, won’t use F1 Rayleigh again, understaffed, left a tyre in my car which I now have to dispose of and over 5 weeks for a still to be completed refund because of not being able to recharge my aircon. Basildon F1 is better.

Not a good start really. Great booking a time slot, except when I arrrived I was greeted with I’ll be at least an hour wait before we can look at it. Forget it I’ll come back tomorrow I said. You can have anytime he said. 4:15pm please. Sorry can’t have that it’s gone! Unbelievable!! 4:45pm I arrived. 20 minutes has already passed and not a stitch happening. Asked the receptionist who said we’re work as quick as we can! Really. Didn’t exactly look rushed off their feet. Had a bad experience here before years ago and said I’d never come back, wish I hadn’t. Only getting 2 stars for the price but as they say you pay peanut and you get monkeys!!! I’d avoid personally

Always very friendly. Visited today as my tail lights aren’t working on the right hand side. Young guy in there was so helpful and explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. Have used this branch many times and will do again.

Booked via Black Circles tyres AM appointment at Eastwood branch, arrived at 9am checked in job raised and 2 front tyres changed in under an hour and they were short staffed. Good job guys

Booked for a tyre to be changed. Turned up on the agreed day and time, got turned away as they advised they were too busy. Reluctantly I booked for the next day after rearranging my work, exactly the same scenario - turned up on time and advised they’re too busy. Absolutely shocking to mess customers around in this way, never going back, cancelled the order and going somewhere else. Not even an apology, just like it or lump it attitude. Disgusting.

Have used them a few times, sometimes they seem very slow but they are also always busy. Prices not too bad

Very scruffy and uninviting place. Dropped of a wheel for a new tyre to be fitted turned up next day to collect it still had to wait while it was fitted, Guy on reception seemed more interested in telling us how busy he was than actually helping customers. Oh well the price was good and the finished product passed muster, albeit the wheel was covered in grease/lubricant.
