Really poorly managed company. Horrendous wait times and extremely high interest rates. Not worth it at all. Should be reported to regulators. The way they collect your data then disappear is robbery

I’m thinking of trying to start a group action against this company. Everybody needs to report them to the FCA. They have to do something if we all report at the same time. I can’t add the contact here but go to the FCA website and get it done ASAPMake sure to put the loan references. I’m currently also looking at civil action. If everybody does this together the regulators have to take us seriously

Insane wait times to speak to anyone. 3 hours starting at position 6 in the queue and then got disconnected, called back and now the lines are closed at 7:40pm when it states until 8pm, is this honestly a joke? Is there one call operator for the whole company? Surely they can afford to hire a few more with the insane interest they charge?? Really do stay away, anyone who uses these guys are already in hardship, they will make sure your situation gets even worse I promise and you'll be clueless as you can't contact them if any questions

The interest is so high. Had the interest been small on a £200 I wouldn't have issues falling behind. The website doesn't allow you to make partial payments making it even more difficult as its not always possible for me to make a phone call and the submission contact details on the website takes long as no one gets back

WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 50 MINUTS TO BE TOLD IT WAS THE WRONG DEPARTMENT AND THEN WAS PUT IN HOLD FOR ANOTHER 25 MINUTS SO I HAD TO HANG UP.THEN SPOKE TO A SERVICE ADVISER, COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL , WAS TOLD TO E-MAIL CUSTOMER SERVICES AND DID, AND UP TO NOW, NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME.

I'd give less than one star if I could. Absolutely shocking company. So quick to contact you if you fall behind with a payment but if you have a genuine problem then they are nowhere to be found.Had to fill in updated income and outgoings due to now being unemployed and it took over 2 weeks for them to send the right link, and now another 2 weeks later still no contact and they've taken the same payment and left me with 30quid to last a month!!Avoid at all costs, they care nothing about people and circumstances changing, just about getting every penny they can!!

I’ve had loans in the past but this loan is costing me almost a grand after only getting a £200 loan. It’s so messed up. Do not get a loan from these people. I am sure if I had seen the repay amount I would have never gotten this loan. What’s even funnier is that you can’t even see the amount you have to request it to come by mail
