I like the way staffs treat us. I enjoy using study spaces in upstairs frequently.

I have used the extended hours session to work at Wallington library till 9pm and have seen many people been let in and out of the library without their card/PIN. The signage inside and out must clearly explain that this is for SECURITY REASONS. Many females are here by themselves and it really doesn't feel safe at all!!

Massive collection for children and adult fiction books. Dedicated area for students. Family hub is in making :)Free internet and computer usage for the members.Loved the cafe and comfortable chairs in the library to spend enough time with your favourite reading material. There are many activities happing for different age groups and information is available on the website.

The staff are brilliant, knowledgeable & helpful. I was struggling to use the scanner at the library and the staff help me scan 24 docs in less than a minute, I also emailed them asking them guidance on downloading e-books and receive a prompt response. Quite impressive!!!!

Very good library.Good for the younger generation,as there's plenty of computers and peace and quiet to study.Plenty of books of all subjects for the older generation and as I've said very quiet must recommend.

People come to the library to study, and although the booking system was a smart idea, it has made coming to the library difficult. I understand the need to control the number of people at the library, especially teenagers. However the website had been down for a week, and when you try to book with them in person they give you attitude as if it’s somehow your fault. Their phone line is always off, no one has ever attended my phone call. Not to mention they will randomly cancel bookings and give the seat to other people despite you already being there, and then once again be rude with you.

Whilst the study spaces are large and the staff are friendly, it is a library only by name and more accurately a youth centre. The silent spaces are anything but that and you will frequently find teenagers, who clearly have nowhere else to socialise or philander, arriving with textbooks as an accessory.Hopefully the council will consider actually enforcing noise control or building an actual library soon. An unfortunate waste of government money.

Rude and inconsiderate staff, have been double booked many times. Because of their own errors of writing out too many replacement cards for lost tickets, they cancelled my booking, and replaced me with someone else. This has happened 3 times now. They cancelled my booking even though I signed in 2 hours prior, while I was currently sitting in my assigned seat. There were no other spaces in the library available, and I was told to leave, telling me I had no choice but to give up my seat for the new person. There are many people who come in here revising for their GCSES and me personally, my A-Levels, in less than a month. The way the librarians and staff treat people is unnecessarily rude, consistently acting as if we all are destructive and loud, while all we want is to have a quiet area to study.Their new ticket and booking method is usually effective, but ever since the website has been down for a week, they get very annoyed and rude when trying to book seats in person. The new ticket system has many flaws, and the amount of times people have been double booked is atrocious.

Discovered that my library card is still up to date. Noticed the Christmas closing times/dates. Liked the new list of what section is where as I went out, perhaps because I was trying to check the date of my library card when I went in. Will probably try the restaurant again when I can.

Sutton Library has been my refuge for many years.I attended College in there too, but I go very often to the Library, to take books out, to read newspapers, to have light lunch at their Cafe (very good food and Good price)., have a drink, but specially just to chill out, to organize my mind and the time for rush about on the streets. It's so welcoming that I have seen ppl sleeping on their chairs without been bothered at all.Lovely welcoming friendly staff ready to help.Fotocophies, scan, Computer use. Thanks so much
