Called in as my new wiper had came off and clip broke. Didn’t just sell me a new wiper but give me a new clip and put wiper on with no charge. Over and above expectations!!!! Very helpful staff I will be recommending to everyone. Thank you

Really poor service from Auto Supplies Banbridge. Called by phone to arrange a replacement power washer hose and was quoted £60.00. I then went to collect it and spoke to someone else who looked at my original hose and without knowing what was quoted stated the it was £10 extra for the connector...Not the end of the world... so the hose waste taken away to be replaced..... got it back and went to use it, water started coming out from the trigger and I notice that the plastic around the trigger was cracked and was broken around the join of the hose. I called by phone and was told that they had to break that to get the nut on. I took the hose back up to Auto Supplies and was told it was like that when I left it in and he did not say he had to break it to get it to fit. The only problem with that statement was the fact that all my calls on my personal phone are recorded by an app and he nearly had a heart attack when I explained this and he wanted to hear the recording....long story short they wont fix it but offered a refund for the hose, not good enough if I am left with a broken trigger gun, so £25 fee and started a small claim through the courts. All they had to do was fix what they said they broke....now this will cost far more than a repair to a trigger gun. Shop local people say.... only if local stores treat their customers with respect.
