Dean was in touch all the way up to my booking on 10/11/23. On arrival he had a very close inspection on the worst roof section, he explained in depth his concern that it's best to be left until next year. The moss was so wet, dense and some areas still frozen the results won’t be as good as he wanted. He even done some test areas on it to show me. The other roof section was not too bad and Dean tackled that with ease, a very laborious job but he never seemed to stop apart from drinking water.The job was left tidy, even done a repair to one of the tiles and told me about repointing required on section on the top area of the roof. Polite and very knowledgeable about his work carried out, so I paid for the one side that had been done and Dean said he’ll be in touch for the other side to be completed in 2024.I would recommend Donaldson Group Ltd to anyone looking for their moss to be removed.Great communication, honesty, workmanship and very good prices, thanks Dean, and I will see you in 2024.

This 2 day job was completed during a particularly cold spell, this didnt at all prevent a display of professionalism, attention to detail & sheer hard work. A truly impressive end result, based on my experience I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Dean did a great job of clearing all the moss from our roof. He turned up when he said he would, got the job done, and made sure we were happy at the end. Couldn't ask for more!

Very professional, good mannered, excellent time keeping and done a marvellous job. After taking the moss off the roof, 6 tiles were found to be damaged. Dean went out his way to source and collect the tiles, came back and replaced the damaged ones.Great service from a great company, I would definitely use again and thoroughly recommend that you use their services. After being let down by a few different companies I saw a friend had shared the Donaldson Groups Facebook page. I had a look at their Facebook and saw the good work that Dean had done. I contacted Dean who responded very quickly. After finding the price really reasonable I went ahead and booked. My initial booking was cancelled due to inclement weather but was rescheduled very quickly which was great.The work carried out was done to a high standard and will definitely be in touch again in the future for further roof cleaning.
