Linden House

If you have a sick child for example having a fit an hour before work not 25 min she makes out the manager sacks you for it...even though you wasn't told what to do if there was an emergency, you message to tell her and she replys your sacked because she's at her sons party poor management and a disgrace...no wonder nobody wants to work there if that's the attitude you get

My Mum moved to Linden House at the beginning of July after Dad died. The staff are friendly, helpful and compassionate, with nothing being too much trouble and they made Mum's transition into care a smooth and pleasant experience. It's set in quiet residential area, has a nice interior - a real homely feel to it - and is a warm and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Mum's in a lovely room with an en-suite which is ideal as it helps her to maintain some privacy. The staff are polite and respectful and always patient. Our family are united in our decision to move Mum to Linden House.

My mum norma joined Linden house at the start of the pandemic, she had dementia and had a stroke. The home was fantastic with her as she was very confused, but she soon settled in. The staff were very helpful and mum liked them all. Its in a beautiful street and it has a lovely maintained garden at the back to sit in. I would recommend this home its not very big just the right size, the meals were freshly cooked everyday and it was immaculately clean. The manager was always available to ask questions and reassured you. Sadly mum passed away last week but the time leading up to her death the staff did there upmost to make her comfortable and stable. I cant thank them enough, if anyone is thinking about putting their parent in a home this is the place to be..... nina and mark ...

Extremely professional, caring and dedicated staff. My mother has been treated with the utmost respect and dignity throughout her residence here.
