Very helpful and friendly, I went after being told of this place by a friend of mine.Looked after me and now have my new E Bike from them.Great service from start to finish.Cant recommend this place enough

Avoid at all costs!First of all, there's no fake reviews here.From my personal experience, this place is all smoke and mirrors.I got a brand new scooter (Sym Jet 14) last August (2017)Everything was okay untill November landed and the wet weather set in.As of writing this review, My bike has been recovered from the roadside six times.Everytime it's been raining and the bike would just cut out on me.ACC/2Wheels claimed to fix it each time with no paperwork what so ever.The last time my bike got recovered was Feb 19th this year. I eventually got it back 30th May.At this point I've since bought a new bike from Ian Bells in Bedlington with no prblems.ACC/2Wheels have had my bike at their garage for almost six months, including the time it had to be sent to Moto GB.The staff will be you best friend when the're trying to sell you something but.........They can also be rude and cagey over the phone and will be vague about any infomation they have to give you.They have no clue about bikes/scooters.The so called mechanics are even worse. The last couple of times my bike went to them, its came back covered in some kind of white dust. I was also advised by a mechanic and the receptionist to scrub my bike with a wire brush and spray water sealant directly into the engine and air filter.My bike finally went back to the manufacturer (Moto GB) in bits as the mechanics didn't know how to fix/put it back togeather.All this time ACC/2Wheels have claimed the problems have been my fault due to ''Poor maintenance'' even though most of the issues have been electrical issues.I ride my bike/scooter from Amble to Alnwick every weekday at 5am and everytime it broke down it was raining.ACC/2Wheels complained about the state of the bike being wet and dirty when they received it, hence their opinion on Poor maintenance.The state of the bike couldn't be helped as it had to sit at the side of the road, sometimes for hours in the rain before it got recovered.ACC/2Wheels are a joke and should be avoided at all costs.I currently have the Ombudsman and Trading Standards involved.Nobody should have to go through what I have endured from this establishment.If you're looking for a new bike/scooter, Go to Ian Bell in Bedlington. They wont rip you off.My bike is kept in a locked, dry garage away from the elements and yet its rusted the framework.The bikes/scooter are made from cheap materials and I wouldn't trust riding another one of their Sym products again.All this from a brand new bike, I can't imagine what state their second hand cars and caravans are in.Don't expect any compensation or good customer service.The only thing I can do with the bike now, is scrap it. What a waste.This isn't the full story. There's more shady tactics from these guys, but this review is getting rather long now, so I'll end it here.
