Vospers Approved Used Torquay

After perusing the Vospers web site we arrange to test drive one pf there used cars.The test drive was successful and car purchased.The whole process was stress free and car was well presented and ready when agreed. Very helpful staff which is a credit to Vospers as same consideration given to buying second hand car as when I bought my new Ford last year

My car was recalled as the drivers airbag needed replacing. It was booked in & work carried out within a few hours, so no issues there. The young lady who greeted me on the service desk was very unpleasant, not overly helpful, poor attitude & not very knowledgeable,especially about (Ford Airbag) recall. When i asked her for a invoice for work carried out she wrote a phone number on a Vospers card & told me to call it during the week to request one. I called that number & it was a taxi firm. I will be making a complaint about this person & the reason for only one star given for Ford.UPDATE...Received a phone call from Mr Smith who is the after sales manager for Ford/Peugeot at 16.23, same day of leaving my review.It was nice to actually talk to someone who listened,understood & profusely apologised. The phone number written on the back of the Vospers card (see pics) was wrong, it should have been 613111.The young lady in question will be spoken to on this matter but i have expressed that i would not want this person to loose her job over this, life is hard enough as it is.Thank you Ford for your contact.Matter closed.

Dealing with the sales team at Vospers was a pleasure. Andy in particular was very helpful in dealing with my requests and I would not hesitate to use there services again

Andy Williams was amazing! I first visited Vospers approved used cars in Torquay after visiting a nearby garage, which I was not a fan of. All of the cars at Vospers were so clean and well taken care of. I found a Peugeot 2008 which I loved but was slightly out of my budget. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Andy was so helpful and not pushy at all like other salesmen I’ve encountered during my search for a new car. After visiting many other car garages around Devon the service I received from Andy doesn’t even compare. I was so happy with how friendly and helpful Andy was that I decided to take another look at the car even though it was out of my budget. I was looking for part exchange and Andy managed to give me a really good deal (much better than anywhere else had offered me) and I felt really happy leaving my old car in their capable hands. After deciding to purchase the Peugeot 2008 Andy helped me through every step. Making sure the car had a new MOT despite it only being done in October and that a slight mark on the alloys was refurbished before I picked up the car. He talked me through all the controls and gave me loads of useful information. Every time I visited from first test drive to picking up my car Andy was so welcoming and even let me bring my sausage dog along for the test drive. I feel so much comfort knowing if I ever have a query or problem in the future Andy is always so happy to help. My mum is now also looking for a new car and I’ve told her to make sure she only goes to Andy!

A great company. Andy and Tom,(sales), were both excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no pressure sales to buy extras. Everything was clearly explained and we were kept up to date with the progress of the sale. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a used car. Good choice of vehicles. They will even bring you a car from one of their other sites if you wish to view it.
