Thank you to the team at Beckenham Chiropractic clinic- Sam Glynn , Iva Marsoh and the ever friendly Emma Stevens for the warm welcome. I came into the clinic limping and in a lot of pain. Over the pass couple weeks you guys were great. Sam was brilliant in explaining why and how my spine was being compressed and follow up with the appropriate treatments to relieve the inflammation. I can safely say my pain has reduce significantly to almost nothing and no more limping. I will continue with the exercises Sam advised me to do to improve my mobility, balance and core strength. Motion is lotion for your spine :)On my previous visit, I had Iva treating me and she was brilliant at improving the stiffness and tightness around my neck and back.Thank you guys for always being so professional. I have to say my long journey to you is absolutely worth it. I remember getting into traffic from a treatment and it took me 2hrs to get home. Still worth it !I highly recommend this team.

This was my first time visiting a chiropractor. Sam Glynn treated me and he was excellent. I had a stiff and painful neck and Sam quickly identified the problem and delivered the treatment. Sam’s communication skills are second to none and he really guided me through the treatment and recommended certain exercises to speed up recovery. I recovered within the lower end of Sam’s estimated visits. Overall my experience was excellent and Sam’s treatment gave me full movement of my neck and reduced the pain to zero in three weeks which I was delighted with.

I have used this clinic before but this was the first time with Sam. I went in suffering with lower back pain, which I was unsure if it was related to a long term hip problem. Sam was able to pin point the back problem, offer treatment and give me a program of exercises, which has now cured the back problem. Has has also improved the mobility in my hip, which is about to be replaced. Sam is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this clinic. Thank you Sam!

I’ve been coming to Beckenham Chiropractic Clinic for several years. Earlier this year I went to them because I had various issues with my knees and hip which were hampering my training for the 2023 London Marathon. The care I received both from the chiropractic team and the receptionists who couldn’t do enough to help me was absolutely first class. Without their help, there is no way that I would’ve been able to not only run my fourth marathon at the age of 50, but also to achieve a personal best time. I can’t thank you enough guys, have a great Christmas!

I’ve been seeing Kieran for about 3 weeks .I can’t not express enough how much he has helped me . I’ve been suffering from migraines nearly 3 times a week for about 6 months.I’ve done everything I could until someone tell me to go and see a chiropractor . He has given me my life back literally .His been so helpful he listens to me ,Took his time and didn’t push me too far at the beginning , I can honestly say since the first time I’ve seen him, I’ve not had a migraine since , not even a headache . He has an extremely bubbly, personality and very professional. I highly recommend him. I will continue with my treatment .But I will give a 5* definitely a 10 out of 10 experience . I was in a great deal of pain in my lower back (couldn’t walk properly or sit comfortably, was sleeping on the floor). I didn’t know why it had happened, but I quickly got an appointment with Hayley. Almost immediately my symptoms started to improve and over the weeks, and with doing daily gentle exercises at home, I have recovered. Now some months on, I’m still doing exercises and my back feels so much better and back to normal.

Went to see Sam with a problematic back and extreme discomfort when walking. He was so reassuring that the issue could be eased and understood the need for me to be back running and pain free in a limited time frame. After a few sessions my symptoms have decreased significantly and I feel so much stronger in the problem areas. I would recommend his treatment to anyone considering a chiropractic option.

Did crazy things on horses some 70-55 years ago so back not full of cheer for many years. Back now pretty well behaved with the help of occasional manipulations and sensible, down to earth advice. As I remember, it was explained to me that it is the mechanics of the skeletal system that need to be set more correctly over time; not the application of clever wizardry. The skill and intimate knowledge of the practitioners here is to be celebrated. Thank you to all the staff.

I am a 61-year-old competitive powerlifter and I first saw Ross a few years ago because of a very limiting lower back issue. An MRI scan revealed type 2 Modic changes to my lumbar spine. Ross’s treatment has enabled me to train my back muscles to support my spine and I have since won British & English Masters titles for bench press. Without this treatment I would not have been able to train, let alone compete. My, now 5 weekly, visits keep me on track to keep competing for many years to come.
