Car was as described by the auto trader advert. Actually received a discount on the day of purchase and had an extended warranty honoured on the car. Very good experience would recommend.

I was threatened to not leave a bad review! But I must do it to warn others of this place!I unfortunately purchased an Audi A6 from here and after a few weeks, I began to experience problems with the car as engine lights started to appear. I tried fixing it twice in a garage referred to me by their warranty website, but the issues persisted. The engine lights kept coming back on and then new ones started to appear (some blinking). The car eventually went into limp mode resulting in the engine losing power. I was advised by the garage to return the vehicle as it was obviously FAULTY. I contacted sky-autos and told them of the issues with it. They only offered to fix it, so I decided to give them a chance and agreed to let them go ahead with the repairs. But after a few weeks of the car being “fixed”, all of the same engine lights came back on, (which I fully expected it to happen again). Finally, I decided to go back to them and return the car once and for all. They tried to offer to fix the car again, but I told them no, I wanted a refund.They told me my car had apparently decreased in value by almost £4,000 compared to what I initially paid for it a few months earlier, and that was all they would pay me for it. I made it clear that I was not selling the car to him, I was RETURNING it due to the ongoing issues with it. But the manager did not care and just kept giving me a bad attitude and replying with “YOU BOUGHT A SECOND-HAND CAR- WHAT DID YOU EXPECT. After going back and forth for hours, I saw that I was getting nowhere so I decided to unwillingly take the low amount he offered me; so I could finally just get out of there. They took the car back and I mentioned on my way out that I would be leaving a bad review as I was not happy and did not have a good experience (they were right out taking thousands of pounds from me!).I didn’t receive my refund until almost 2 weeks later due to them not liking my comment that I was going to leave a bad review, they THREATEND to not refund me and would make me come back and collect the car! As many other people have stated in their reviews, once they have made their sale, their customer service goes out the window. Communication with them is almost impossible, they say they will call you back, but they never do, and getting an email response is just as difficult. It is NOT worth buying a car from this place because if you are unlucky like I was and end up with a faulty one- good luck getting a fair resolution from them. They are RUDE, ARROGANT & MANIPULATIVE- all they care about is money and reviews.Don’t be fooled and make the same mistake- AVOID this place at all costs!! Its not worth the hassle and you losing your money!@Sky-Autos, don’t bother replying to this review saying its fake or that you don’t recognise my name from some data base. You made my whole experience hell, and everyone deserves to know how you really are and how you conduct your business. If you read all the bad reviews on here, you will notice that there is an ongoing pattern on what the people are saying- it’s clear they are not lies.

I recently purchased a vehicle from these guys. Since the drive home the engine management light has been coming on. I also know that Sky autos were aware of this issue because as a precaution I did the full background check before I bought the car and this is the reason it failed its last mot. Then got passed by their garage. They have used electrical tape to tape up a pipe in the engine instead of replacing it and I have to replace the diverter valve. Thankfully not too costly for me but beware as it could be much worse for you when they sell cars they know aren't roadworthy!

Never buy a car from this place. I repeat never. Worst place to buy a car. I got a car worth nearly 10k and the very next day got a problem. I told them the problem and they were only laughing and never helped me out. I got a warning light for the braking system and i took it to my local garage, turned out the sensors were not working. Additionally my mechanic realised there was no coolant in the engine although it was just serviced when i bought it. Turned out that the water pump and the thermostat of the car weren't working. Costed me well over a £1000 pounds to fix even though i had the 6 month warranty. The warranty is just useless and 90% garages don't accept it, and the 10% that do accept it say that the repair is not covered under the warranty. Don't fall for it guys. Thats not it, i got the water pump and thermostat replaced and the mechanic also found a minor oil leak and had to fix it which was luckily not a hefty cost to fix. After a month, turned out that there was another issue coming from the steering rack, inspected it and came to know that the car was running on duplicate suspension and it caused the top mounts to just break, which cost me £800 to replace(weren’t also covered in the warranty). Then a few weeks later, got rattling noise coming from the turbo while idling. Apparently the garage informed me that the turbo components had to get replaced and the engine was shaking with a touch of their fingers and had to get the engine mounts and gearbox mounts replaced too. got that sorted and cost me £600+£500 when getting that repaired the garage informed me i have a coolant leak somewhere again. Who knows how much that is going to cost me now. I have already put £3000 worth of repairs in the last 5 months and haven’t got anything of it covered under the warranty. Trust me, never go to this dealership unless you want your pockets to be empty. Only buy a car from here if you want it sitting in the garage getting repaired all the time more than driving it.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!I bought a car from here and within the first week there’s been multiple issues with the car, they advertised the car as fit for purpose and fully functional which it wasn’t. They then said they repaired the car and I kid you not 4 days later the same issue happened, I then went back to the dealership and asked for a refund and if we can come to an agreement to cancel the financial agreement.They will stall the process so you go past the 14 days of return, thankfully I have evidence of everything such as recorded conversions, emails, pictures, videos and also confirmation from the financial lenders that I had a right to reject the car within 14days.They further lied saying if I wanted to return the car I would need to pay 17% charge of the car. Which is a lie and not in the contract which I signed.Overall don’t buy from here, they give you six months warranty but they can’t fix cars.Please do check the reviews before you buy. If you’re having issues with a car you purchased from here make sure to video record the issue and take pictures. Immediately speak to your finance lender so they can help terminate the contract.

I waited for 6 months for the warranty to finish before leaving a review regarding the car we purchased. I was hesitant at first to actually buy a car from them because of bad reviews I read here. However, the financing company which availed tied up with them and it’s the nearest car dealership shop in London from where I live.In all fairness, I brought my friend to check the car I wanted and staff were accommodating. I decided to purchase it. I got a Ford B Max 2014, 1.6L, which is perfect for a family of 4 and has sliding doors.After the first few weeks of the car with us, we experienced problems with the battery and the cluster panel. They changed the battery and cluster panel. My financing company assured me that they’re a good car dealership shop, and I trusted them with it.MOT came and we availed of servicing. Time belt needed to be changed since it’s already 9 years from the time it’s manufactured, which is justifiable. Other than that, car is in excellent condition.My wife drove it going to Cornwall before the MOT and no issues experienced.

Cannot recommend. Was sold a faulty car and attempted to return it within the 30 days limit. They attempted to refuse a refund and we had to threaten to take them to court to get our money back. Very friendly in person which is strange.
