If I could give 0 stars I was going to. All the time they were calling me to collect my child because he was sick but I was taking him home and was completely fine.

I had a interview for working with children and just because I didn't have enough experience and qualifications they didnt give me a fair chance. The manager was rude in the interview and very unprofessional made me feel worthless by saying my qualifications ain't good enough yet they knew this before inviting to a interview. They said they wanted to give people with low qualifications a fair chance but if I was you I wouldn't bover. Waste of time tiny toez are a company who wants the perfect staff who are fully qualified already this experience has really put me off wanting to work in nursery. But I will work with children one day whatever anyone thinks or says about me.To your response, you knew when you gave me a interview that I was unqualified.You are just a rude and judgement manager who's seeking the perfect candidate, who's also unwilling to train or give anyone a chance, If they don't have a level 3 in childcare. But that candidate who you refused to give a chance to, could of been more passionate and more willing to train up to get a level 3 in childcare. Than a candidate who's already qualified. Tiny Toes always have job offers on indeed, I wonder why? Because people don't want to work for a rude stuck up old woman fact. Change your ways and business then you might actually get staff who want to work for you simple. Company's need to be called out on there poor judgement behaviour towards caring passionate people, who deeply want to work with children because they are about them. Your experience may me cry after I stepped out of your nursery, as your judgement was wrong and uncalled for. But one good thing I can say about the manager at Tiny Toes is she motivated me to prove her wrong and I will.
