I was recommended Julie by a running friend 12 years ago and I've been going to see Julie for sports massages ever since . I wouldn't go anywhere else. She's really professional and thorough , does a great job , and gives excellent advice. She's incredibly knowledgeable and whenever she's recommended I see a physio about an injury or niggle , she's been spot on. 5 star service every time.

I’ve been going to Julie for about a year now as she came highly recommended. I can honestly say, her massages make my job (as a cleaner) so much more bearable. I suffer badly with lower back and shoulder pain. Without Julie, I would struggle to work. She is worth every penny!!

I have been seeing Julie for a monthly sports massage for 10 years now. She administers the best massage I have experienced and is so helpful with offering advice about specific injuries/niggles. She is incredibly approachable and knowledgeable, which means she adjusts the treatment to your specific needs. Highly recommended.

I have been visiting Julie for years and wouldn't go anywhere else for my sports massage. I regularly visit each month to stay on top of aches and pains. Julie is knowledgeable and provides a high quality professional service. She regularly suggests exercises/stretches to keep the aches and pains away. Parking is easy and the massage room is clean comfortable and fit for purpose. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic sports massage. As well as being expert at easing out all the knots and tense bits, Julie is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and always has good advice about how to improve things between sessions.
