Delightful little Bubble Tea spot outside of Belfast, housed in a cargo container in Newtownards' South Street.Service was swift, simple and pleasant. Tea comes in multiple variations, two sizes and a selection of Boba.Situated right by the gates of the courtyard, the building is tiny - with entrance on one side, exit the other - but there's plenty of seating outside, and on a nice day it's hard to resist.

The bubble tea is good but the Bangor shop has a very weird atmosphere compared to the Ards shop. I actually feel kind of unwelcome in the Bangor shop. I've tried to strike up conversation and have banter with the staff but not happening.

Bubba is good, the cold brew Vietnamese is excellent and they gave us free wheel cakes at closing very kind and considerate would recommend

Went here to try the bubble tea which was unusual but very tasty. Staff very friendly. Would go back for a treat only, as a wee bit expensive for me!

Amazing! Brew & Yaki has me addicted to Boba tea now. The owner, Gill, is so lovely, as are all the girls in there. They're always happy to chat through the menu to newbies and so friendly. Classic brown sugar black milk tea with tapioca pearls is a must try!

Awesome staff. Super friendly and helpful to clients that clearly hadn’t had bubble tea before. Lovely selection of mochi flavours. It’s my Northern Ireland bubble tea go to!!

Great spot for Ice tea with boba and milk tea. The wheel cakes and mochi are nice.
