The team has just replaced the gas discharge bulb in my car's headlight, which was a challenging job. The technicians and the centre manager were all very polite, friendly and punctual. Truly the best car service I have had in years. Exceptional value and very highly recommended.

Honestly I only went back to get my wipers and headlight bulbs changed and this place has the worst service! They made me wait forever and then brought out the wrong parts twice! Things used to be soo much easier with Muzi there, he knew my car and wouldn’t ever make silly mistakes like that!

Booked 4 wheel alignment today. I arrived slightly earlier, the team accommodated me right on time, and ATTENTION, they offered refund because only 2 front wheels needed allignment! Great service and honesty! I recommend booking online! Thank you Halford Harrow and Merry Xmas to the whole team!

My car's AC was not cold last summer. Taken to Halfords Harrow. The next day, Muzi told me to take the car back. They had topped up the gas. I showed my worry that they didn’t find the leak. Muzi told me not to worry. My car would have 1 year of warranty.This summer, I found the AC not cold again. Took it back to Halfords Harrow. But Muzi told me to leave. He told me to fix my car somewhere else first, then came back to regas it. For this I had made complaints to the customer services several times but there were no replies.After two weeks, a regional manager D. Silman called me back. He said dye test should be done to find the leak and there was no warranty. They only offer 90 days of gas guaranty. I complained Muzi lied to me. I asked him why Muzi didn’t do dye test last year and refused to fix my car’s AC this year. D. Silman just ignored my messages. So finally I had got neither guaranty nor warranty.Now I know what they are. Goodbye!

We had booked an appointment for an MOT for 8/9/2023. We dropped the car off and came back home, to receive a call from them to collect the car back as there MOT machine was apparently not working. They didn't have the decency to notify us about this in the morning. The staff confirmed they knew the machine was not working early in the morning and they still didn't bother to notify customers. What a waste of time and the hassle to collect the car back on a working day and find another MOT place.On top of that, the staff is extremely rude, have a bad attitude and do not even stop to listen to the customer. I spoke to someone called Richard who was extremely disrespectful, screamed at me and was of no help at all. He refused to hear a word and had the most impolite attitude! When asked for his manager, he said speak to Penny who is the branch manager next week. I asked his name again to confirm and the second time he paused before telling me his name was Steve! Rude and a Liar! What a bad experience!

Beware this centre and customer service. I raised complain to halfords regional manager now.My car front two tyres changed at halfords harrow centre on 18th May 2023. Store manager muzi present there. After completion on work in my car tpms warning lights is on. And one of alloy wheel is scratched. Again next day I m going to centre and complain. Muzi not accepted for doing scratched. But he put black markerOn alloy wheel.Regarding my car tpms warning lights he checked again . He open front left tyre. He damaged car tpms sensor. Then he agreed to order parts from lexus. He told me come next day again.On very next day he called me tpms parts come with sensor. After some conversation he is ready to order parts. I have emails on evidence.Again next day he called me. I m going to harrow centre around 5 pm. He showed toFull tpms sensor parts. But he only changed one bolt which is broken when they changed tyre.why he is doing this? If you order Full parts then it's your duty to change it.Again he scratched my car alloy wheel. Also when I changed tyre. My car tpms sensor and parking assist brake sensor not working. But he is not rectified or repairParking assist brake sensor.I m very disappointed about halfords customer service. I m going centre around 3to4 times. Everytime spending 2 hours .I need to raise this complain. I m so much struggling to go and back to centre in one week. If you need evidence I attached parts photo which muzi ordered on lexus edgware road.

Booked my car in for an mot. Was rang to be told it had failed as the airbag light was illuminated. Was advised it needed to be taken to a Citroen garage. Car had no warning lights when I dropped it off so I was puzzled. Went to garage and collected keys to check car. Fault showing was airbag or seat belt tensioner fault ; they're on the same system. Immediately saw the cause. The tester had forced the seat so far back it had disconnected the sensor cable under the drivers seat. I moved the seat forward to its proper limits and reconnected the cable. Luckily I know a lot about these cars otherwise I would have wasted a lot of time and money visiting a dealership for a fault caused by Halfords.I went in and informed the receptionist why the light had been illuminated. I was told I'd have to wait till he completed another mot before the tester would see me. So basically I'm punished for his clumsy incompetence.When he finally appeared he wasn't interested and just mumbled the light had been on when it arrived. Basically rather than apologing he just lied.Zero apology from anyone there for my wasted time or their incompetence.Last time I visit there. Used to be a good garage but clearly has gone totally down hill. No respect for customers cars, being professional, or showing the slightest customer service.

Tried to charge 225 for a service worth 40. Took my mother’s car to a different mechanic and the issue was resolved instantly. Shame, I have been using them for a while.
