I had a great experience with Harvey's the full team was amazing . I bought a car from about a month ago,I was meant to post this straight away but got carried away with my car . They sent my car out with a proper service , they were super honest with great customer service well worth travelling over 200miles to collect , I would highly recommend them to anyone

Don’t often leave reviews but feel these guys really deserve some positive feedback, I travelled a fair distance after viewing a car on the website. Even though they were busy, they managed to send somebody to pick me up from the local train station, on returning to their premises they left me to have a good look around with no pushy sales techniques. The car was perfect and I purchased it. I discovered a problem a few days later and it was very easily organised with no arguments that I could take the car to a garage of my choice local to me, repair was carried out and all payments were handled between the repair garage and Harvey’s. Very impressed, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, and that is something I thought I’d never say about a car sales garage.

What brilliant guys.Used car dealerships have a reputation for perhaps not being the most trustworthy. However, I cannot rate these guys high enough, they kept us informed the whole way through, did their absolute best to try and resolve any issues we saw with the car, gave it a thorough check over before selling to us and were generally polite the whole way through. I would be more than happy to go back to them to purchase another car in the future, I left happy that if there was any trouble they would want to put it right before leaving us out of pocket.

Wonderful team at Harveys. I bought a specific car online with them as I couldn't come to test drive it because I lived to far but Paul who dealt with me is an absolute gem. He listened to my needs and requests , send me videos and pictures of the car etc and kept the car for few weeks until I was ready to have it delivered. Then on arrival the car was spotless, extremely clean inside and out, it looked like a show room car. If you hesitate to buy a car online or not don't hesitate with them. It's actually the best second hand car I have ever bought with the best customer service as well.10/10. You can buy anything at Harveys with your eyes closed.Keep up the good work guys.

Have bought several vehicles from Harvey's. The sales team and owners really do care about their customers. The aftercare is sublime, and their vehicles are the very best quality. I would not buy a car from anywhere else. They will even source the car you are looking for if it's not in stock. Sean and Paul are the main men to speak to. Amazing

Really great experience dealing with Sean and Paul. Super friendly, not at all pushy, and got the car ready for me very fast. As another reviewer says, car sales has a bit of a poor reputation. Not something you need to worry about with these very genuine guys.

I had a horrible experience here. I bought a car that I admittedly didn’t like, and I took it back because it had a genuine fault. The boot door wouldn’t close properly so the lights were on permanently.As it was summer and I was only driving it occasionally during the day, I didn’t my notice it at first. However, a friend of mine did and when we checked it, a piece of sponge had been glued to the top of the boot to stop it rattling, which it still did anyway.I had a legal right to ask for a refund or for the car to be fixed. I went back and requested a refund and instead they took the car away and fixed it without my knowledge or say-so.They then told me I had to take the car away with me, but I left it and called the Citizen’s Advice, who confirmed I was fully entitled to a refund.Instead of being understanding, the garage drove the car to a car park in the middle of nowhere (they didn’t tell me where) and told me it was my fault if it got damaged or vandalised. It felt very threatening.The owner then said he would only only take the car back if I paid £500. I had owned it for about three weeks and it was only around £2500-£3000 to start with.It was stressful and I felt so intimidated I agreed to pay half. £250 for absolutely nothing, other than a lot of stress and upset.
