I don’t like leaving a bad review but this feels deserved. I messaged on Facebook asking if they could look at my computer as I’d added some RGB and wasn’t sure how to daisy chain them to all work from the motherboard. I asked if I should book they said no just bring it along, I did so on a Saturday, they said no time to look at it today, bring it back Monday. On checking opening times when home I seen it was 10-4 but I work 9-5 so Saturday is the only day I can do, I messaged asking if it could be same day on a Saturday, they said it depends how busy they are on that Saturday and to message the day before, as this was a Friday I said how about tomorrow? They said no too busy, bring it along next Saturday. I brought the computer the following Saturday to be told the tech guy wasn’t in, could I not do a week day, he’s in all week. I said I could try to finish early Wednesday to collect and leave the computer there, only to be told I don’t know how busy he will be this week, try asking later in the week. This is so unorganised wasting people’s time, I’m bringing a computer in a car back and forth only to be told ‘erm not today try again another day’. Awful way to run a business and treat people.

Quick service cleaning Mum’s PC, which had been infected by malware. Collected and delivered, with help given in plugging in all peripherals - very much appreciated. Cost was reasonable, too! Would recommend this company.

Bought a Gaming PC, after a lot of browsing online and comparing against other retailers Including Online ones nothing could beat the specification for the price.Minor issue with Power lead at purchase which was quickly resolved. Had an expensive gaming computer that died. Lightning Computers identified the problem within 24 hours. Also willing to help swap out the fault hardware for an upgrade, while also arranging the inside of the computer better to tidy it all up. Couldn't be happier and will be making it my primary choice for PC related stuff.

We took my sons computer here as it was overheating when playing games was sorted quick. very helpful and happy with service, will definitely recommend and would definitely use them again.

Ordered 2 laptops online for delivery for Christmas. Was notified almost immediately that they only had one available. Called the shop and spoke to Pete who came up with a solution and the laptops turned up on time. Great to see a can attitude to a problem and someone that wants to help rather than not be bothered as sometimes the case. Would recommend their services and will use again based on our conversation.
