While the food was of a very high quality , the young lady was very pleasant, and lack of uniform for the staff to give them a sense of pride would not go a miss, being served by a chap in a baseball cap when paying £86 quid for a 4 meals you would think a shirt and trousers would have been a nicer touch. But aside that the food was very filling just expensive. Also have around 10 family members walk through the restaurant isnt the best at anytime.

A table of 18 on Saturday night for an 80th birthday celebration. Chirag was so helpful with organising a large table for us and nothing was too much trouble. His brother welcomed us all to the restaurant and from there on in the service, food and drinks were excellent!.. Would definitely return if I find myself in Blackpool again!

Usually have good experiences with East4West. However, we ordered a delivery just after 4:30pm. After two hours of waiting, we didn’t receive anything. I tried to call the restaurant several times, but it was constantly engaged. Luckily, we ordered through Uber. They also tried to contact the restaurant, but had no luck, so Uber cancelled the order. At 7:15pm, I had a call from an unknown number, with a man telling me, “delivery - I can’t find you, come outside.” I looked out the window and no one was even there anyway. I told him the order was cancelled, as the order was placed 2 1/2 hours ago and we no longer wanted it after waiting so long, not to mention not being able to speak to any staff to speak to about it. Very disappointing and this has put me off using them again.

£3.50 for the worst spice tray ever. They were totally on the nose with the onion salad. It was just onions. We waited over an hour for our food but it never came. We paid for our drinks and left. We have used this company for food delivery and the food was good and was delivered in half the time we experienced in the restaurant. There was no soap in the toilets or toilet paper and I witnessed a waiter tie his shoelaces and not wash his hands yuck!

Called here Saturday night and expected it to be busy but surprisingly it wasn't. Very nice staff, extremely pleasant and very attentive. We ordered to share and there was plenty. Ordered Poppadoms which came straight away along with a pickle tray which we didn't order but we find that restaurants bring this and charge anyway so it was fine.Main was lovely, large pieces of chicken, rice wasn't clumpy and the naan was very well cooked. A very good meal, would definitely come weekly if we lived locally!

My recent visit to an Indian restaurant, East4West in Blackpool, turned out to be a complete disaster. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with disappointment and frustration. The overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I feel compelled to share my dreadful encounter. To begin with, the restaurant's ambiance was far from appealing. The decor seemed outdated and neglected, lacking any warmth or charm. It felt as if I had stepped into a time capsule from the 1980s. The worn-out furniture and dim lighting did nothing to enhance the dining atmosphere, leaving me with a sense of unease.Moving on to the service, it was abysmal. The waitstaff appeared disinterested and unprofessional. It took an agonizingly long time for anyone to approach our table, let alone take our order. The menu offered a wide range of Indian dishes, but the quality of the food was severely lacking. The main course was even worse; the curries tasted like pickles and lacked the aromatic spices that are synonymous with Indian cuisine. The portions were also disappointingly small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and wanting more. It was clear that the kitchen staff lacked the skill and expertise to prepare authentic Indian dishes. Moreover, the prices were exorbitant for the subpar quality of food and service provided. I expected a certain level of quality given the prices listed on the menu, but I was left utterly disappointed and regretful for choosing this restaurant over other options in Blackpool. To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction to the management, they were dismissive and showed no willingness to address my concerns. Their lack of professionalism and indifference towards customer feedback was truly disheartening. In conclusion, my experience at this Indian restaurant in Blackpool was nothing short of a disaster. From the lackluster ambiance and abysmal service to the poorly executed and very overpriced food, it was an evening I wish I could erase from my memory. I would strongly advise anyone seeking an authentic and enjoyable dining experience to steer clear of this establishment.

I went into East on Thursday night with my daughter and daughter in law. The waiter was a nice young man, very helpful and attentive. We waited a little while for our meal, but my it was worth the wait. The meal was hot and very tasty. Best curry that I have had for years. I would like to give a big, bigup and thank you for a lovely meal.Mary Mills
