First came here based on a friend's recommendation and was glad I did. Been back three times now for tiles for various rooms and again recently for a bathroom cabinet. The owner, Sam, is always very helpful with excellent advice, or happy to leave you to um and ah at leisure. Great that you can take samples away to see how they look in your own home. Fantastic selection of tiles and competitive prices. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Superb customer service. The lady who owns the tile company cannot be more helpful. First we needed floor tiles to match existing tiles that had been down for several years, she went out her way and found the exact match from the Italian supplier. Just revisted for kitchen wall tiles and let us take the showroom sample home to make sure matched perfectly, which it did. Before you waste time going elsewhere go here first and will be surprised if you don't get fixed up.

Was recommended by our builder and anda friend. Good, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The products are top quality and a good range to chose from. Price is very good too. All around fantastic service , recommend to anyone. I will be going back for any future requirements. Allowed us to take sample before buying to see how we felt about our choice.Great service

Will never go anywhere else for my tiles, used direct tiles for a few projects in my home and never been disappointed. The quality of the tiles are superb, tilers are always happy to use their products claiming there 'not like the rivita tiles you get at wickes'. Highly recommended thanks again sam.

Visited Direct tiles & stone for tiles for our downstairs cloakroom this is the third time we have bought tiles from the company. Sam the owner has always been very helpful no pressure took a tile home to see if they suited our needs. Been to other tile companies but found them to be very competitive.
