I went into the shop today and ordered a waffle which took 20 mins or more however, when I asked them as they were seeming to ignoring me and not telling me what’s happening or how long it was going to take. When I asked as I was growing tired waiting one worker said ‘I’ll ask him’ but didn’t seem to come back to me with how long then 5 mins later when my brother had to come in and ask he then told us the machine wasn’t working so we asked for a refund and he said he wouldn’t do that which obviously made us angry as we were refused our money back as they couldn’t deliver and we weren’t offered an apology it seemed as though they didn’t care. We then asked for his manager who came a few mins later to deal with the situation who did then offer us a refund but didn’t apologise either. I think they should’ve told us from the start instead of disappearing. I will not be going again or recommending

Ordered food on a weekly basic… and it’s been 3 weeks in a row now that the food is awful. Staff at rassams Darnall branch do not know how to make these desserts and the always having something missing.

The M&M waffle was beautiful. There was so much to choose from on the menu and decent prices too. The only downfall is that the delivery took a while. We was waiting around two hours but I guess it might have just been really busy.

Ordered from here a few times as its really the only place in Sheffield. First experience customer service not great but as mentioned no other options so continued to order.Asked for employees recommendation, immediate response was I dont really want to recommend anything incase you dont like it and blame me" I found that rather odd.Second visit same dry reception

Big thank you to Adel for the great food & service. I ordered online, its reasonably priced and theres plenty to choose from. The Biscolata & White chocolate cookie dough were both ready on time for collection and they tasted delicious - I’ll definitely be back!

Manager - Rubbish, customer service even worse. They will take your payment even if they don’t have stock and will not refund you expecting you to chase this up with admin yourself which I think is absolutely pathetic.

Ordered through Uber Eats, delivery took 1 hour on a wednesday night. Crepe was stale or over cooked and hard as a rock. Totally inedible. Tried getting a refund through Uber Eats, then rang the restaurant who said Uber Eats should be able to give a refund. Uber Eats did not, the app was terrible for customer service.
