Fraudsters!! Set up a Direct debit for 19.99 a month without my knowledge and from details they bought from other companies. Have cancelled the direct debit and will be now calling the police and action fraud.See you in court Pinnacle insurance LTD!

Stay away. Does not pay genuine claims. Did not pay my claim even after Vet wrote to them. There areinsurance companies that are genuine.

It's my mum's place of work I don't know about the office workers but catering staff are not treated very well

Tried calling quite a few times to cancel my pet insurance on the number they provided in the letter, however the answer phone says its closed for the bank holiday! We've not had a bank holiday in ages! Tried to email them and again they choose to ignore it. Hopefully they will see this review and get in touch with me!

I tried to make a claim for covid cover but refused.They said “I could still drive an hgv although my licence had ran out”. I am a diabetic and taking tablets and insulin twice a day, I also attend a medical every year.I explained , due to covid, the doctors was not doing medical I also produce the letter from the DVLC stating no medical could be booked. I also explained the last 4 years I have run my own business but not “involved driving,” but do to shut down , I wasn’t able to trade.When I tried to get temporary job driving , although having 30 plus years in the industry as a driver was refuse due to insurance issues. This company tried to find further excuses not to pay, stating I could of still worked. Although over the TV Government was stating everyone should stay at home as the country is on lockdown. This insurance cover was sold to me by Nationwide. “Nationwide said, if I didn’t take this cover out ,they couldn’t offer my a mortgage.” Then I fined Nationwide is part of this corrupt company, so be careful if going to Nationwide. This Shambolic company should be avoided like the plague! The paper your cover is written on is not wiping your arse with or the ink used! This company is a form of legalised theft .Do not trust this company. There is much better and trustworthy companies out there, so take time to research.
