I'm not sure where to start really.What an incredible service and team, would strongly recommend for any fertility treatment planning you may be wanting to make.Myself and my partner Khloe have sought fertility treatment with the LWC for over two years. Throughout our entire journey thus far, we have been treated with the upmost respect and dignity anyone could ask for.We were absolutely blessed to have Anna as our lead nurse, and various appointments with other members of the nursing team who were all fantastic. Our journey hasn't been the easiest, nor has it been the hardest; but they were all there every step of the way. On the very bad days, the anxious days, and the successful happy days.The work ethic they all carry is outstanding, nothing is too much (even a milky hot chocolate special, from Kat). The environment is always clean, warm and friendly. Your not felt like a number, there's genuine care and compassion coming from the team; and it seeps into what you do.We are blessed to be currently pregnant, (10 weeks today)! We also, will be returning as we have one more embryo in storage, to create siblings and a wider family. There is no other team I would choose to go through the rollercoaster experience that IVF/IUI can bring; Thank you to you all - stay blessed - Mio & Khloe.

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. Anyone going through fertility treatment understands just how stressful the process is. The staff at this clinic were so friendly, supportive and professional right from the start. Their communication with me was always impeccable and I felt that this provided me to a level of comfort and trust. They took time to get to know me on an individual level and always made me feel so comfortable. They were honest and realistic but were always very optimistic and positive at the same time.Absolutely worth every pound!

This clinic were supportive and kind through our fertility journey and made it possible for us to conceive with IUI. They are a wonderful team and I'm enormously grateful to them, because now we have a beautiful baby daughter.

I have been with LWC for around 6 years now and out of it I have a very healthy and happy son. I'm coming back to increase my family All of the staff are wonderful

Firstly I must say that I have been blessed with two babies thanks to LWC however my experience has been largely negative. The staff have been friendly and helpful but my whole experience has been shadowed with negative actions. My most recent experience has been far better so this is a sign of improvement however sadly I had cause to complain and this has not been dealt with effectively. Some of the low points include;Not returning phone calls when something has gone wrong yet telling me they are always there.A nurse arguing with me about a long term medical condition as I’m about to be sedated.Recording data I specifically asked them not too.I have many more points that have left me disgusted and wishing I had paid a different company to help us build our family.Sadly I cannot recommend LWC based on my experience but obviously I am happy with our outcome.Special thanks to Ellie who is an absolute angel.

London Women’s Clinic Bristol have been absolutely amazing throughout our fertility journey. Both my wife and I have felt supported at all stages, there was always a happy person there to meet us, Cat on reception is fab! It was a long journey for us to start trying but Mr Summers worked closely with my GP to get my body prepared for our IUI journey. The preparation must have worked because we are now 8 weeks pregnant from our first IUI.We went for our final scan yesterday and we were both a little sad when we left the clinic! On to the NHS next week.I’ve called and emailed the clinic, both Ellie and the nursing team, with random questions and worries all through the journey and these were answered quickly and professionally.We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again when we decide to grow our family and we would recommend them to anyone looking to start their journey.

We have a beautiful baby boy thanks to LWC - the most priceless gift! Wonderful staff and the best experience.

LWC Bristol… I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!I have never met a team so warm, friendly and supportive as the Bristol team…They have supported me and my wife for over a year along our journey, every step.I know both my wife and I couldn’t have dealt with things without them.We travelled 2 hours to get to the clinic and it was worth every trip to be able to have this team take us through the journey!What an amazing bunch!

We are very happy with our experience at the LWC Bristol & want to thank all the staff there for their hard work & support that helped us along the way! It has not been an easy journey for us but walking in to the clinic has become easier with friendly faces & encouraging words. They were supportive of us as an LGBTQ+ couple & listened to our requests with respect & openness, which we are grateful for. The nursing team were particularly respectful in supporting my partner as a non-binary person & using the correct name/pronouns. Special thanks to Ana & Kat for being so supportive of us & always bringing a smile to our faces even when this journey felt impossible!

After going to a few fertility clinics we finally found the most amazing one of all. I can not fault the LWC Bristol in any way . The clinic gave that personal touch, making us feel that we were not just a number but actually people that mattered . I felt they cared at such an important time in our lives . A big shout out to receptionist Ellie , she was amazing and was always there with prompt responses to any questions I had . We feel lucky to have found this clinic and wow we had success first time , we are now 12 weeks pregnant. Thank you so so much , you have changed our lives
