Waited 10mins possibly more for someone to come to the self service and do the age verification. The store wasn't even busy she even looked right at me after serving someone and just wandered off and left the till and looked at me again while coming back to serve.Small older women 2pm Sunday 16th August dunno what her name is but it's the worst customer service ever

Come here if your local to livesey and need some food quickly, rather then going down to aldi and iceland. The food is expensive however hone brand food is alot cheaper.

Pretty poor service 2 staff serving on tills i asked about click and collect was told to get in the queue there was no queue only 1 guy being served the other operator was to busy shouting down the store to a customer where something was rather that serve me will not use this store again.

I use this store a short while ago, 1st time in over a year despite living 5 mins away. I stopped using cuz of the staff member Margaret, she is so rude and grumpy it irritated me. After going again I see she's still as charming as ever (NOT) rude Nd doesn't listen to customers then proceeds to tell them off because of her incompetence, how she still has a job there I don't know. I rather walk to the tesco at Feniscowles than return here.

Voice over tannoy stating that face masks are now mandatory in this store, I beg to differ on that.2 men walked in NO MASKS, 1 shop staff lass NO MASK, so how can coop make an announcment like that when they don`t enforce it on thier own staff or customers???? Not good that .Even the disabled spaces are abused by these arogant people and the coop staff does not give a fig. Very poor.....

This store continues to serve people without masks. When told a assistant she told me it was nothing to do with her! No wonder Blackburn is one of the highest in the country. Co op put someone on the door to stop entry and keep us all safe!

Fully stored store.. well presented, and P.O.S was on point . Quite busy, but staff were quick, friendly, and efficient self service checkouts also availableWould definitely shop here in the near future

Lived in Blackburn for a couple weeks house sitting , found shop the most local to me! Staff were great particularly Kim, so helpful and kind .
