Rented a property through Knights for a few years. Moved out as the house was in a complete state of disrepair with Environmental Health involved, Damp, Mould, Water leaking through the ceiling, guttering falling down, completely infested with mice. Was told the landlord couldn't financially afford to rectify the property and was selling the property so I moved out within a couple of weeks as it was dangerous for my newborn and autistic child. Now the property has been advertised straight back up for rent with a higher rental price! Absolutely shocking! Over the years I was left with no oven for a week at a time, no boiler heating and hot water for a week at a time. Always half a job and nothing is ever done properly. Stay away from this agency!

Brilliant Agency, myself and my partner rented with them for over 18months after moving from Cardiff. They were friendly and reacted quickly to any issues we had. They helped us find a new larger property when we wished to move and the transition was flawless. Unlike other agencies they will respond honestly and go the extra mile to put you in a house that you will like and feel is a home. A** would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.

Absolutely awful experience dealing with this company, which has made the last year and a half that much more stressful and depressing.I cannot recommend using this letting agency to anyone. Customer service is extremely poor; blatant arrogance and patronising responses are common to queries. Some of the traders that the company partners with are terrible and sometimes require multiple call-outs to do the job properly. Utterly shambolic.Would write more about my experience with these letting agents, but they are not worth the energy.

Shocking how tenants who have never missed a rent payment and look after their property are treated totally unprofessional no jobs ever completed! Serious damp problems and mice infestation. Left a young mum with no boiler or cooker for far too long! The manager just lies lies and lies if you complain they get you out with more lies! Just pity the next tenants as have just done a cover up job environmental health are fully aware of the property! Stay away!

They have always provided an excellent service and because they do the job properly I have never had any problems at all, by being thorough in their selection and checks with prospective tenants potential problems are alleviated. I have been a landlord for just over 20 years and have recently moved my small Newport portfolio over to Knights after a less than satisfactory service from another local agent. I have found both Cerys and Sarah to be very friendly, incredibly efficient and managed to to let 2 of my properties almost as soon as they became available and at very good rents. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Dreadful!I've never dealt with such rude, arrogant muppets before. Absolute amateurs. My partner has had her apartment destroyed by one of their low class tenants and they're washing their hands of it. Rather strange as a few weeks back they were supposedly organising cleaning and maintenance teams to put the flat back to its formerly good condition at their own expense. This was confirmed by staff when we visited the office after the tenant was evicted.Sarah at Knights provides the worst possible customer service (she seems to forget my partner is her customer!) and seems to be happy to blame anything but her own ineptitude. I'm sure the rest of the staff are equally useless.If you're a landlord looking to rent out your property do yourself a favour... Go anywhere but here. Seriously. Unless, of course, you want your property mismanaged and given back to you needing thousands of pounds worth of work.Anyway, must dash, were off to speak to our solicitor to hit these cowboys where it hurts.They should feel grateful I'm giving them 1 star. Google really should provide a zero star option!Knights - See you in court you imbeciles.

A fantastic letting agency.They are extremely friendly and helpful. When I had some issues with a difficult separation with someone I lived with, Knights were so helpful with this, advising and supporting with anything I needed.I have had the same property with them for just under 8 years, and they have always had any issues sorted out very promptly and to a high standard.I would highly recommend them if you are looking to rent a property, and also if you have properties you want managed.

My job moved back to Wales march 2017, i found a property with knights, went into the office and was able view it within days.Sarah and nic were very helpful and polite. The only issue i had was with the landlady who wouldn't fix issues in the house. So when my 6 months were up, i spoke to sarah and a new property was found in no time.My move and transition was easy, since being in the new house things have been fine.Sarah and chloe are always polite, they respect im a shift worker. And if i need to contact them, when they reply its always when i ask to allow sleep and shifts.Cant fault them.

My cousin scheduled a viewing to see one of their houses. As soon he got there, he was told the house was rented and sent him away. He drove 66 miles in total for absolutely nothing. No one had the decency to call him to cancel the viewing, so he wasted 1h30 during a working day, which forced him to work late. I would avoid this agents. Very unprofessional.
