Lovely views! A great place to enjoy views of the city while having a drink and a bite. The staff was helpful and attentive. Comfortable places to sit and eat easily.

A lovely place to go for a nice cocktail, and great views of trafalgar square in the sunshine.As to be expected in this area of London, it is a little pricey but worth it for the amazing views and great service you get in return. The cocktails are also delicious!

I stumbled across this great bar on a Saturday afternoon approximately 12:30pm.The staff on the reception were very welcoming and friendly.When we got out of the lift at The Rooftop bar, I was blown away by the view, you could see most of London’s iconic landmarks.We had a great seat and the staff were very friendly and attentive.We had wine and cocktails and the price was very reasonable for the quality and location.We ordered 3 small plates and this was more than enough for 2 people.I will definitely return and recommend to anyone visiting London.

This place is like an airport. They don't really need returning customers so don't really care about service, price or quality. Because they have the location and the view of Trafalgar, they will always get tourists and people coming there. We are locals from London, and were seated at the very back inside and it was agony. The service was really quite comical. And sassy too. Totally overpriced and the cocktails were not good. I think if you sit on the balcony outside you might get your money's worth because at least you have the view. But yeah. A shame. Makes you feel embarrassed. Would have loved to take people there but no thanks. Better off at the pub.

Went ad hoc for a quick lunch. Seen this on MIC a few times so thought I’d try it out. It was lovely a real experience. Great cocktails plus the selection of cold cuts was enough for two and great quality. Service brilliant and great views of London. Thanks

Enjoyed high quality food and cocktails at this popular restaurant located atop the Trafalgar St. James Hotel in London. None of our selections disappointed but special mention of the flavorful Pork Ribs and Grilled Seabass! The view is wonderful and goes along with the casual atmosphere. For our dinner, sweaters sufficed but know your weather before you go if you're planning to sit outside. Suggest making a reservation and checking the website for age limitations depending on time and day. 'Pricey' but can't complain given how much we enjoyed the evening.

If you don’t have reservations, it will be hard to get to the ‘outdoor’ part, which is the only part with a view. The indoor part with retractable roof has no view at all and you’d not know you were in London. I experienced both, and both have a retractable roof so it’s suitable for all weathers and blankets and heaters are provided. The food and drink selection is as good, and of course the price was higher than usual for London, but from £15 for a cocktail, and £10 for a 175ml of wine isn’t too bad. The service is good, and of course the view of Trafalgar and the London Eye is great. I’d recommend popping in if you’re nearby, but Shard bars, OXO Tower bar, and Sky Garden would offer higher views for similar value.

Great views which echos most of the reviews here. We came for lunch on a Sunday so wasn't too busy. Service was also great and staff were attentive.Only ciristim for me was the food. Small portions for the prices and quality not as expected for a rooftop location in Central London. Without the views, many a restaurant in London would give this place a real run for it's money.Would come back but only for a drink.

I was staying at the hotel and wanted to try it. The views outside were great. Was very impressed with the cheeseburger we had, one of the best burgers I’ve had. The service was excellent.
