Its ok one thing i would say that the owner has put alot of effort and money into this with all the new equipment etc

Rob is great very knowledgeable in his field of expertise and friendly he explains to you everything he is doing and what it does to relive your pains and strains

best gym ive ever been to awsome place love that its a church and great usage of space and amazing and broad selection of equipment i wish i lived nearby if so id have a membership at dare fitness

Receptionist is just lovely and made me feel welcomed and at home.The gym itself is really quirky being on 3 floors and in a converted church but they've got all the equipment you need.Some of it does look a bit out dated though like the mats and weights but it gets the job done.Especially as there aren't many gyms in the area (I came from Merthyr)They had a new looking studio unit and do classes as part of the membership which is good.I borrowed their gloves to go on the bags. I would suggest bringing your own if you join as I don't think they're washed.

Some mornings they have classes in cv gym blocks off use of bottom end should use studio for what they do

Amazing family oriented gym . Amy and her team are always at hand and nothing is to much for them . They will always go above and beyond to make everyone welcome .

What a place - what a place! 3 floors filled with all the equipment you can think off and it's a church! That's right - a church! It takes the meaning of 'being religious about staying fit' to a next level. Great bunch of people, great place.
