Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.We contacted a couple of window companies for quotes we required on our house that is undergoing a complete refurb as well as Calder Valley windows and doors, as we had no recommendations to go on other than Google reviews and I'm not always confident with those anyway. In this case I can understand why the company has a clear 5 star rating!!!Mark visited on a weekend (bonus), this being the only time we could be free and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly from the outset. He gave us a rough idea of price on the day, which was for 6 windows, 2 doors and full porch, but obviously needed to work it all out with measurements taken and agreed to get back to us with the quote within 1-2 day's. True to word, we had our quote back within that time frame and very surprisingly cheaper than the rough estimate he had given us at our first meeting - now that is honesty!He gave us a time frame for the job to be completed and very kindly went out of his way to fit us in very quickly, to facilitate other trades people/ refurbs being done, working into the early evening when fitting the windows which where completed first and then the porch the week after, in total taking less than 2 day's for the whole job being completed. We were fully kept up to date over this period, with prompt communication.The job itself - we're over the moon with. It looks fantastic, we had very little mess as they had cleaned up marvelously and all we had was a bit of dust which you would expect from ripping out windows in a 300 yr old house.Our whole experience has been positive throughout. We've felt completely confident leaving our house in Mark's professional care , the price was more than acceptable, the product and delivery of the service was excellent and i can not recommend Calder Valley windows and doors highly enough. Very friendly and very fast I had 7 windows fully replaced from single glazed wooden frames to double glazed pvc in a day and a half. Thank you very much guys and I will definitely be in contact for some new doors when I have the funds.
