This is the second time I have used ARK. My scanner wouldn't fire up and initially they said that scanners are not normally repairable but they fixed it, so very happy! It was a minor fault and the repair cost was just £22. To have replaced this particular scanner would have cost £800. I will definitely use ARK Computer Repair again as the staff are friendly and knowledgable and above of all, I trust them.

This place is excellent! I had an old external hardrive that needed recovering, Ark explained everything so clearly, kept me updated and sorted the recovery at a really reasonable price compared to other places I’d been quoted. They hade a flawless customer experience both in the office and through their email service. I am totally blown away but how smooth, friendly and professional the whole operation is. I had an amazing experience with this company. I took my laptop in for a non-urgent inspection as it had water damage; my insurance company had refused to pay for the accidental damage as they had found 'no evidence'. ARK provided a free report and photographs proving extensive water damage and as a result the insurance company paid out in full. This type of service is so extraordinary nowadays that I can only describe as exceptional.

They kept me informed on progress and, when it was clear it was not fixable, offered data retrieval and found me a replacement laptop for a very good price.
