I came here for my COVID booster vaccination. I really can not fault the system that they have here. The reception staff are very polite and welcoming. Vaccination was carried out with due diligence and care. Easy to park (and free!) in the large car park next door

If I could give 10 stars I would. I myself have a crippling fear of anything sharp and pointy. And let me tell you, those needles can be mean. The gentleman who does the covid and flu jabs there is truly one of a kind. I felt absolutely nothing. When he says no pain, he really means it. I now walk in that room with a sense of unbridled eagerness, to combat the expectation of pain. Absolutely amazing. (Perscriptions bit slow and muddled) I recommend the man who does vaccinations gets a raise. He's kind and amazing at what he does

Needed my Covid vaccine, the team were really efficient and polite and the pharmacy was exceptionally clean. I was able to get my flu vaccine at the same time and I was seen right away and even called earlier in the day to be offered an any time walk in. Really recommended.

Just had my booster here. So efficient and friendly. The guy said sorry as the needle went in but hardly felt it. Much better than the vaccine centre

First time visiting this pharmacy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I came for the covid booster and was really impressed that I had to complete an LFT then went straight onto having the vaccination. The service from start to finish was very quick and efficient.

Good pharmacy, the staff looked after us well, pity there is nowhere for customers to lie down for vaccinations and I ended up lying on the freshly mopped floor (apparently I wasn't the first person to do this, to avoid fainting).

I've had my Covid and Flu boosters here quick efficient service, friendly and professional, after years of absolutely terrible service from Lloyds (Fenton) I switched to Norfolk St, Pharmacy for my prescriptions, what a revelation not a single problem ever since I've been using them, highly recommended.

Lovely staff, professional, never wrong.The staff always nice and ready to help no matter what. Per example if you need to go back to the GP they might offer to do it for you, if not busy. I moved house but prefer to travel for their fantastic services.
