I have purchased a Nissan Qashqai 2013, 6 months ago. I am a single mother of three young children under eight and unfortunately my financial situation did not allow me to get a better deal but here, therefore, I would pay for this type of car £15.000 over five years, which is incredibly expensive, but I was happy that I managed to secure a good car for me to take the children to school and nursery and travel to work and feel safe. I am incredibly disappointed right now with the company that sold me the car, a car that has broken down twice for me in the middle of the road and had an oil leak from day one, within these months. This is really disappointing and unacceptable; the price of the car does not match what I thought it would be a reliable car. I am writing this in the hope that people will not be cheated like this from this dealer. I am going to write a complaint to consumer ombudsman and seek legal advice on what to do next.

100% recommend this dealership. The customer service was great from all the staff. The man who assisted us today when collecting my car was so friendly and accomodating. He even went ahead and bought new rims for my wheels, had my vehicles road tax sorted and offered to clean the inside of my car for me! I could not ask for a better service from a dealership. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you

Bought my Nissan QQ on april. gear box broke after 7 months dont buy from them.what extended warranty? the gear box never fails like that of a car you know you sell fraud cars.

Horrible experience with this dealership. Car engine sign has come up again! Less than a year of having my car I’ve had to deal with too many problems. Had the engine sign come up with a few weeks of purchasing, and kept returning eventually had the gearbox and now it’s returned. A car from a trusted AA dealership should not have this many problems. Do not recommend buying from here.
