Just picked up my new C class. Neive was fantastic from helping me search for the right car to ensuring I was updated on progress and delivery. The whole team in Dundee were great from the friendly receptionist right up to management. This is my third Mercedes cannot recommend the team or the Dundee branch more. Thanks again to all the team at Dundee Mercedes.

Great experience. Andrew made sure he found the perfect car for me and that It matched all of my expectations. It was the first time buying a car in my own name and he made the process very easy. Absolutely break the Arnold Clark mould! Service can’t even be compared to Aberdeen service/aftermarket centres. Responsive, informative and friendly. A gent called Marc needs particular mention, everything had already been considered before I could even ask. Almost left the brand due to the service elsewhere (on the 4th Mercedes now).

Contacted Desmond Ho to ask for a test drive of a EVQ, which was not available so he kindly organised to get one to Dundee for me.He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.I got my test drive but sadly the car has neither enough range nor seats.Desmond was so kind to point out the Innovation Centre in Glasgow which I visited a few days later.Everybody at Arnold Clark is so helpful.We already bought a Vito at Arnold Clark and would definitely buy another vehicle -most likely an EV in future!

Couldn't have been more helpful.Very impressed with the customer focused approach of Mercedes-Benz Dundee. We turned up due to a car issue near 30 minutes before official opening. We were invited in and made to feel comfortable. Craig P. was the most genuine and friendly person and went above and beyond. So helpful that when I am due a new car I'll be leaving Aberdeen and driving down to Dundee.
