We were moving internal and external walls as well as adding an extension to create one big room, so it was important for me to be satisfied that the steel-work would be done right. Since the back of my house was going to be coming out, structural integrity was top of our list and Neil and Michaels experience with steel and extensions gave us real peace of mind - and we weren't disappointed.We had four other visits/quotes and none of them came across as particularly confident regarding the specified steel-works. Prior to proceeding, I visited a big job they were doing in Glasgow which required a lot of steel work and was sold.The level of workmanship is superb on our extension. Insulating the new extension was impressive, as was their reaction to all our last minute changes. They worked hard around covid challenges to get the supplies we requested and arranged the fitting of our kitchen along with a list of extra work which wasn't originally specified.These fellas are thorough, hard working and personable. I would not hesitate for one second to use them again and have/will make recommendation to friends and family.

Would not hesitate to recommenced. We had a large extension and garage built by AVOR and it was a pleasure from start to finish. One of the best parts was they have a large facility where they are able to fabricate before meaning less mess and time wasted on site. Price was competitive and fair. Communication first class. All snagging up to warrant completion done without issue. Not often you find a company that you genuinely want to work with again but that was our experience with AVOR.

Michael, Neil and the team did a great thorough job in all weathers. Very focussed, hard working and reliable. Michael presented an easy to read brief and adapted building to architect's design.Finished the extension exactly the way I wanted it, especially when it was more difficult to source materials due to Covid-19. Definitely recommend them.

Our complex extension completed, well managed by Neil and Mike, they were very good at simplifying the process so that we understood. They have finished on time and above our expectations. Could not be happier.Thoroughly recommend the company to anyone.

Our garage conversion was seamless from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout and everything has been finished to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend.

Avor builders did my home extension . After I had many, many Quotes met with builders ,Avor , were the most responsive , professional and well priced. Cheaper isnt best! Michael and his team did a fantastic job ,they all worked hard throughout the rough weather, without complaining!! They were all professional and courteous. The build was completed on time even although we had many obstacles with weather and additions. Michael and his team gave me a great experience building my 2 storey extension and I would never go with any other builder!! I would reccomend Avor to all my friends and family to be their first choice. Many builders are busy and you have to wait for them to complete their build and possibly the next one they've already arranged to do, my advice is to wait , if you can, for Michael and his team to do your work. You won't be disappointed! I gave Avor 5 stars for pricing, professional attitude, their hard work and making everything go smoothly for me! If is was 10/10 they would get 10!

We were highly impressed with the professionalism of Michael, Neill and the team when building our extension this summer. Work was done to a high standard and we particularly like how personable and communicative they were. We felt Michael went out his way to help us achieve what we were looking for while other companies failed to respond. We would not hesitate to use Avor Contracts again in future and would happily recommend them to family and friends.
