Unfortunately, I received very poor service from Britton & Time.I had two consultations, the first of which left me feeling like I had been rushed and I ended up being misinformed on a few things, which came to light when I had the 2nd consultation, during which they were not able to give me good answers as to why the errors had occurred in the first meeting.That said, they presented a strong plan to move forward which I bought into. However, I was concerned with what had happened so far, shared these concerns via email and asked them to acknowledge them and give me reassurances about why I should work with them moving forward. I wanted to work with them, since I had already spent hundreds of pounds on consultations, but just wanted them to give me hope things would be better moving forwards.Instead, I received a your complaint will be acknowledged and responded to in 10 working days" generic email

I had an issue and contacted this company. During the call I was advised a member of staff would 'get back to me' on the next working day. I thought 'here we go' with the fob off line you often get. Today (Monday) I did receive a call and I must say the young lady dealing with the call was helpful and offered positive advice.
