Book That In

I have been using Book That In for a few months now, for my children's activity business. The system is very intuitive and easy to use. It supports my business so well as I need something that is a bit of a hybrid between class bookings and events - this fits perfectly! The help function is comprehensive when I have needed to access it. The waitlist function has been really useful too. Another excellent thing about choosing Book That In is the access to its creator Tim, who is always so helpful, patient and explains things so clearly. I am just about to implement the franchise element of the system and I already feel confident my new franchisees and their customers will find the system as easy to use and appealing as I do.

Yet again Tim has come to my rescue! What issue I have had with setting up booking links, Tim has very quickly sorted it out and even sends me a video to show me what to do if it happens again. Great service. Thanks Tim

We have been using Book That In since September 2022 and have found it to be extremely useful, it has more than halved the admin work we had before.The back up from Tim and Co has also been superb, we were asking a lot of questions in the first few weeks and the answers came back within minutes, generally in the form of YouTube videos which were so helpful.The booking system itself is very intuitive and easy to understand, even for those of us less ‘technical’, and we are now confidently adding new classes as needed.If you are looking for a booking system which will cope with a lot of clients and many different classes/appointments, then this comes highly recommended, if I could give 6 stars, I would!

I switched my franchisee booking system over to Book That In and I can't be happier! Tim was great and spent a lot of time showing me all the finer details and answering the million questions I had. It was so easy to switch over and is so easy to use! As a franchisor it makes my life simpler by being able to see all sales and calculate fees. My franchisee's find the whole system of adding events, contacting customers and downloading registers easier too - total win-win! Any problems that we can't solve ourselves are sorted straight away by the fab support team. Tim as recently spent more time with me looking to see if we can utilise the system to support our sales even more. I can not recommend Book That In enough!

Book That In have been fabulous for me while starting my toddler classes. As if the helpful videos weren't enough, the customer service is second to none! A client of mine raised an issue; however, before I even managed to see it, Book That In resolved it AND sent me a video to show why it happened. Amazing.I love how you can embed the widget into your own website and also love how the payments come to you with their fee taken out already. Saves needing to budget for it! Wonderful platform.

As a long time customer of Book That In, I have always found the service to be reliable and efficient. The team are always looking to explore new developments, however their swift response during urgent matters is what has impressed me the most.

I used Book That In to launch my parent and baby classes and was so impressed with both the service and the booking system itself! From the outset, Tim was so incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure all of my classes were set up properly in my account. Once the classes launched, the system was so easy to use for both myself and my customers. The waitlist function also worked really well so I could see who else had hoped to book on, and enabled me to see that it would be worthwhile in opening up two more classes.I’ve already set up my next lot of classes on Book That In, ready for the next launch in April!

We have had a fantastic experience so far with Book that in! The communications from Tim & his team have been excellent with fantastic video lessons to help you set up & operate the system. It is easy to navigate & so far seems very simple to use. Loving everything about Book that in so far! Highly recommend!

I am so happy I was recommended this wonderful service, when I was drowning in trying to manage my admin for all my various services, music classes and soundbaths etc.... Tim has created the most fantastic and accessible booking system that has made my life so much easier and actually increased my business!!! Tim and Abby have both been so patient helping me navigate it and work it all out.
