I found Russell’s website when searching for a local jewelry designer. I needed to have a family heirloom ring resized and restored to its former glory. I didn’t want to take it far because of its sentimental value.I sent a photo of the ring to Russell and he was confident he could do the job. His communication throughout the process was great. He already has several good reviews, so I felt confident leaving the ring with him. The quote for the work was reasonable as well.We got the ring back and it’s better than we could have imagined! My husband can now comfortably and proudly wear his great grandfather’s ring. Russell is very professional and we’d absolutely use his services again. Thank you Russell, much appreciated. I approached Russell with a missing stone in my eternity ring and also a loose stone in my engagement ring, unsure of what to do we decided to melt down the two rings and to redesign into one ring. Russell was confident in my design and subsequently took the stones out confirming he could make it to my request. The finished piece is simply beautiful, and more beautiful than I could ever have imagined.Russell is a complete perfectionist and his attention to detail is outstanding, my ring is very intricate and included 17 stones, all of which are perfectly and safely set . So pleased today to receive my engagement ring back from Russell looking brand new and sparkly (and a bit bigger for my fat finger!). I have been following Russell's repair work for a few months. My ring has been sat here for about a year with a broken claw because I just couldn't contemplate trusting someone to fix it. Needed a ring resized during lockdown. Russell was able to still offer his services and the item was sent in the post to be done. The communication was brilliant I knew exactly when it had arrived, was completed and was sent back to me. The work was perfect, you wouldn't know it had been sized. I am over the moon with the quality of Russell's work on my gold ring. I needed it made 4 sizes larger and for him to reset the aquamarine stone that was tilting. I had also forgotten how shiny it was meant to be but Russell has polished it to perfection before returning it to me. It now fits just fine.
