We asked for a Homebuyers Report to be carried out on a potential purchase and I cannot fault JMO Surveyors.Even prior to booking anything in, Jonny was excellent at replying to any questions and even saved us money - opting for a Homebuyers rather than a full structural survey. Payment was made swiftly via bank transfer and I felt confident throughout the entire process.The survey itself was booked very quickly, directly through the estate agents. The report was produced shortly after the date of the survey and was very informative, highlighting a few things we never would have noticed otherwise!I had a few questions following the survey and Jonny was just as quick to respond to these in a very clear and helpful way.Absolutely fantastic service for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend JMO Surveyors or use them again.

Purchased a listed property in Macclesfield.Jonathan was recommended, as friends had previously used his services. I needed a quick turnaround as there was no chain, and the service was brilliant. I got a level 2 homebuyers survey.I received the report 3 days after the survey was completed. The report was incredibly detailed and very useful.Definitely recommend and Jonathan was easy to reach over email and telephone.

From start to finish we have received incredible service from the JMO Surveyors Ltd. Jonny has been professional, fast and reliable. He has been busy, good surveyors always busy but this does not stop him from being responsive to our emails and questions quickly and patiently. He also took only a few days to get the report done after the survey which is not only fast but we also see the amount of depth, detail and quality there was in the surveying report. We would highly highly recommend him and will definitely be using his services again in the future.

We have just had a full building survey done by JMO and we can not recommend them highly enough! The report was so thorough and found things we had easily overlooked. Jonny really has a very personal approach and answers queries and provides advice from the onset of booking to after the report has been completed, even outside of working hours to my surprise. Outstanding value for money and first class service conducted in a very timely manner. Can not fault in any way!

Excellent surveyor that I would highly recommend. Jonny was very efficient with his work and provided excellent communication in regards to arranging the the survey and talking through the building report once delivered. His report had a high level of detail about the property and picked up all issues with it no matter how big or small. He gave clear, sound and understandable advice which is great for 1st time buyers!For my next house purchase, I'll definitely make sure to use his services again!
