Bought a laptop in June with the care service package, swapped a week later due to not being suitable although advertised as what I needed.When I swapped the woman who served me stated that the care package wouldn’t be transferred and she “cancelled it” on their side so I’d have to cancel the direct debits on my end too. Fast forward to every month since I’m still being charged! I’ve contacted my bank numerous times about this and it is in their system that it’s a charge via currys and needs to be cancelled on their end!I’ve tried to contact the store multiple times but they don’t answer the phones!, I’ve also used the online chat and have got no where.You would think a store that sells tech would Atleast answer a phone?I completely understand that it’s only £4.50 however that soon adds up!

Great store great products and very good prices. I have recently purchased a 43 inch TV a cooker and a large fridge freezer. On those 3 items alone I saved over £700 if purchased from one of Currys competitors.

Staff not adequately trained nor interested in the job role. Went in to return a Carphone Warehouse order. Was told they didn't do that and I formed me to drive 17 miles to Llandudno.I arrived in Llandudno waited 20 minutes for the only Mobile Phone Trained" staff member who was selling a TV. To be informed by them that Rhyl could do the return.I phoned Carphone Warehouse customer service who also said that Rhyl could have processed the return.34 miles round trip.... What a waste of my time all because Rhyl Currys couldn't be bothered."

Went in to ask for advice on products. Staff did not want to help. 2 male staff refused to look at me and the female staff member, although friendly didn't help either, just pointed in a general direction. They stood chatting to each other like we had intruded on their break. I'd be amazed if they ever sell anything! Completely baffled by their unprofessional behaviour.

Awful customer service. Returned a damaged washing machine (new) had to wait for replacement to be delivered. Was promised it would be plumbed in for my wife as I work away. Delivery guys unable to install as were not given an install sheet. Refused to even move it away from sink and drawers leaving my wife, who works for the NHS and needing to wash uniforms daily unable to do any washing, or even get cutlery out of the! Had to return home from work early, without pay in order to plumb the washing machine in myself!

Well, have been to 3 Curry's in one day, and this was by far the best (even tho we had to travel to the 3rd curry's for item as it wasn't in stock here). The member of staff at Rhuddlan was so helpful and gave us the confidence we needed to ensure we were making the right purchase choice for our needs. The 1st Curry's (Chester) could do with spending a day at Rhuddlan! They are totally disinterested and uninspiring in Chester, it's like dealing with customers is an inconvenience and anybody over a certain age, well let just talk to them as if they are worthless! Well done to the young man in Rhuddlan, thumbs fown yo staff in Chester

Thank you to the very knowledge staff that took us slowly through the choices of an upgrade on computers. We did eventually decide on a Currys website choice, with home delivery but only as we had help with deciding on such an expensive decision. Thank you.
