Doesn't respond to queries and doesn't let you know when being delivered. Last order it was great they fitted them for me removed the old ones and kept me the loop.....this order total opposite very poor service. They left them out front and I found some trying to steal them....

Because of Good Reports, I opted to pay just over 300 pounds for double Wooden gates. They were very poor, some panels were totally a different colour. Some panels being very rough. My next door Neighbor made his own. same size, same colour, better quality wood. The wood cost him just under a Hundred Pounds. Decided to paint mine Grey to hide different colours.

An excellent company. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very very helpful. We found them easy to talk to and were really flexible, ensuring we received what we wanted. Our main contacts were Hazel and Paul who were brilliant.The work itself was completed quickly and with no mess. They even cleaned the fencing down before they left.We have only good things to say about this company and the lovely people who work there. Recommended 100%

The whole process from first chat to Rob in Sales to Delivery was first class.Rob was both helpful and informative both verbally ande mail. The delivery was made a pleasant experience by the excellent driver. I would have no hesitation in both using Cocklestorm again and recommending their service to friends.

We reached out to Cocklestorm regarding some fencing work that we needed doing, and we were told that someone by the name of Vinny would reach out to us and arrange for a quotation. They have cancelled on us 4 times with no notice or whatsoever, despite giving them the benefit of the doubt numerous times. This is completely unprofessional and downright disrespectful. Although we haven't had any actual work done, I wouldn't recommend Cocklestorm or any of their 'partners' due to the above.

Great service, Cocklestorm had an excellent range, cut five panels to precise sizes and delivered to my house when they said they would. Very helpful in store and nothing was too much trouble. I’ve recommended them to my neighbours without hesitation.
