She and her colleagues have always gone above and beyond to help and guide through various processes involved in their management of my property. Sadly, we didn't find our rental property through Hamptons, but that wasn't for lack of trying. In particular, Jessica was incredibly helpful, enthusiastic and professional. She stayed in contact with us throughout our search period. We searched for around six months and exchanged hundreds of emails with various agents but I have to say that Jessica was by far and away the most helpful and genuinely made us feel like we were on her radar for when the right property with our very particular requirements came up. Hamptons was very professional from start to finish. Particularly their staff member Jessica Wales who project managed the whole onboarding process as we haven't rented in a long time. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the rental market. During the duration of our tenancy nothing was too much for her. When we had any complaints regarding the property and if anything needed fixing it was dealt with promptly. Towards the end of our tenancy, the process was very smooth. They helped us with regards to the areas that needed cleaning and we got professional cleaners to come in. Hamptons have different departments and they worked with us to ensure we got our deposit back. I would highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking to rent or anyone who has a house to rent out.
