Friendly service team however each time I've had work done it's come out with a different problem. I thought sticking with a main dealer was for the best but would rather now pay an independent garage.

Our Astra was recalled by Vauxhall. I telephoned to book the car in Lincoln branch , unfortunately it was booked into Oldham branch by mistake. The mistake was rectified and we were offered a free wash and vax in compensation . On arrival at the service reception I was told it wouldn’t be a full wash and vax only a quick do over . I asked to be telephoned when the car was finished unfortunately that was not the case they emailed me which I don’t always check my emails only check as looking for something else. On picking my car up it hadn’t been washed and definitely hadn’t seen a vacuum inside disappointing and misleading then asked did I want to rate them 10/10 definitely not .

Still ongoing issues with start/stop on Corsa-I feel like giving up but warranty is about to run out-unfair that they charge to collect car when the issue with car is not your fault.

Extremely helpful and polite and you can’t ask for more than that.
