I’ve been going to bupa for only a couple months now and as a nervous person I tend to panic very quickly. All the staff at Bupa have been so calm and reassuring. I went for a tooth removal today absolutely petrified but Sonny and Lucy were amazing! They talked me through everything in steps, reassured me, helped to calm me down, played music to distract me and even let me borrow the stress relief tooth!I’d recommend this dentist to anyone for sure.

I really can’t thank these lovely lot enough! They went above and beyond when I needed urgent care! Sarah was the loveliest receptionist and so friendly! And Akash the dentist was brilliant! Really thorough , explained everything to me and again went above and beyond to help me! Couldn’t recommend these lovely lot enough!

Great place to work; a lovely, friendly, supportive team. My work family.Most of my genetic family are treated here by different dentists and I wouldn't recommend them if I wasn't happy with the standard of professionalism of the dentists and Hygienist. My daughter and Granddaughter are dental-phobic and they have been reassured and much happier attending their appointments since coming to this practice. My dad has Dementia and he is always treated with understanding, dignity and respect. Happy all round I would say.

I do not recommend, the dentist couldn’t have been colder towards me and my 2 year old. I let them know it was his first time but there was absolutely no care / compassion / friendliness shown towards him, didn’t even crack a smile. My son entered excited after me preparing him the whole week and he left terrified. Don’t take young children here!

Excellent - from reception to the Dentist to her assistant. They have inspired my seven year old to want to become a dentist! They are friendly, accommodating and professional. I've never had to wait and the facilities are always clean and light/airy.
