Had a one off lawn feed in august from Stuart from the lawn people absolutely amazing difference to my new lawn and home many people have commented on how green and lush it is will definitely be using their services again

Good service but now they are increasing their prices and taking things out of agreed pagage so u pay for them

I've been really impressed with the results of the lawn treatments and all-round customer service from this company. I was sceptical at first about what results would be possible on our lawn, and whether it would be worth the money, but the annual treatments have worked exceptionally well to reduce weeds and radically improve the quality of the lawn. The company send detailed letters in advance outlining what each treatment is, if you need to avoid cutting before or after, and any likely effects. (I notice some reviews below mention dark patches after some treatments and that's outlined in letters as a temporary side-effect of certain treatments that kill moss). You can now pay by bank transfer as well as direct debit which makes the service more convenient, and a manager will normally call once a year to check on your lawn and if you're satisfied. 5* from me as an initially very sceptical customer.

I should have read the reviews before speaking to these people. They are not contactable at all. Do not use.

Personal feel is this is a bit of a con, from the door to door sales, we signed up for an initial treatment, guy turned up and put down a treatment which took all of 5 minutes - week later grass is all burnt and bald.Then get a next treatment letter saying they will be round shortly with no contact details on, so after a little Google I call 4 times and don’t get an answer - so leave a voicemail to cancel. Guy still turns up and applies the next treatment, charged for the treatment. Also from the ring camera this record treatment took less than 2 minutes to apply? Tell the guy we don’t want if anymore - still no improvement on grass after this treatment.Then another letter we will be with you next week. Never the same person either.Finally cancelled but just bad experience all round.

Started using the Lawn People a couple of months back after a door to door sales person came round. They weren't pushy when I said I'd just put some treatment down, and suggested I wait a bit of I wanted to use them.I'm now on the second treatment with them, and what a difference it makes. I'd even say it's cheaper than trying to buy fertiliser and trying to do your own lawn. The real test will be the autumn and winter, but I'm confident of the results.

I have had an initial treatment from this company firstly the chap who came arrived 45 minutes later than arranged.Looked like he had been out on the ale all night eyes glazed and stunk of tobacco.Completed treatment and a week later my grass turned to dust, definitely think there was a bad PH mix.I won't be using these cowboys again I have now changed to green thumb much better results

I cannot believe the difference in my lawn after just one treatment! The clover is all but gone and the majority of the weeds also. The grass no longer looks or feels like hay, it looks amazing

Used the lawn people for regular lawn treatments for approx 12 months. They significantly improved the quality on my lawn. Only stopped using after I sold my housre

Had patchy, yellow, weak front and back lawn in May 2023. By July 2023 its a lush green lawn and I’m able to put the presentation lines in. Stuart in particular has been very helpful, informative and available to give general lawn advice when needed. 100% affordable and great value. If you have a poor lawn, defo give them a go!
