Staff are fantastic and very friendly, complimentary drinks with treatments. Waiting times to be seen can be bad and more often than not its a long wait in salon but staff keep you entertained if running behind. Decor is nice but as its such a busy salon it can feel a bit busy / cramped at times. Treatments are always done well and to a high standard, and if client isn't happy they are happy to rectify things.
