I am just about OK with the basics and once familiar with a program I can usually cope. However, I can also press a button and descend into complete chaos which I am unable to resolve! James came initially to set up a new computer for me with appropriate software. I also wished to set up a new email address which he also helped with. Due to my inadequacies, James had to return a couple of times to sort everything out! I thank him for his invaluable help and also for his infinite patience much needed in my case!

Was so impressed with this service. My Macbook Pro stopped working after spilling a glass of red wine onto it. After being told by my local shop that it would take 2-3 weeks to fix, I phoned Technodoctor and they repaired it the next day.My Mac was collected and returned for no extra charge. I thought it was too good to be true. I didn't need to worry, my laptop was delivered back to me the next day for the cost originally quoted and is working perfectly. Thanks Technodoctor

Came to sort out my computers as a result of a friend telling me how good and helpful he was!In no time at all he transferred all my info from my old computer, set up the new computer and he was absolutely first class and a very personable and knowledgeable young man!I cannot speak highly enough of him and he is completely trustworthy!Excellent, First class!

Was quoted £25 a hour and received a bill of £75 after i received a bill of £250+ witch they did rectify it quickly and said was for another customer.

We had our family computer resurrected by Technodoctor. The engineer was fantastic. Very patient and knowledgeable knew exactly what he was doing. If I have another computer problem I will definitely give these guys a call. Great price and super job, thanks a lot!
